Sonic Drive-In, Sachse TX

I just had one of my worse experiences at a sonic. Not sure how they are still in business.

So I had a issue with a sandwitch being a Lil over cooked. The manager came out and found the issue with the burger so it would not happen again and made sure I got a fresh replacement. Very pro staff!

This Sonic is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated as I have worked at this franchise, and I know the policies and how to do the job, so to have them disregarded and receive the poor service I constantly do is frustrating.

Today, I ordered four large drinks. With four drinks, you are supposed to get a cup holder. We waited for over 15 minutes, and then when the carhop came out, she was rude. We asked for a cup holder, and she literally side eyed us and went “Yeah”. We waited another five minutes and she never came out, so we drove around the building to the drive thru.

As we were pulling around to the drive thru, we saw the same carhop delivering another order. This was over five minutes later and she had not brought us our cup holder, but was delivering other orders. I decided to call the store and spoke to the manager. I’m not sure if he said his name was Keish or Keith, but he did apologize. However, I was repeatedly telling him we had pulled through the drive thru, and we just wanted a cup holder. I told him about seven times. After an additional 10 minutes on the phone, asking for a cup holder and waiting in the drive thru, I hung up and we left. Still without a cup holder.

This is a perfect example of why I don’t tip in the app. This is the only place I don’t tip in the app. If someone does well, I can always give them more, but I can’t give them less if I’ve tipped in the app. I’m just over this store. I’d rather drive to one in a different city and county than go back to this Sonic after this.

Terrible place I waited 20 minutes just to pick up a doordash order the staff is totally incompetent and I do believe that they are rejected Kroger employees. Slowest location I've ever been to. I'd give zero Stars if it was possible. One of the employees actually tried to bring me someone else's food

They literally get my food wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME said for ONLY PICKLES I GOT ONLY TOMATOES NASTY

Absolute trash. I’ve been going to this sonic for two and a half decades now. I’ve never seen such poor performance. They take forever to make even just a drink, they get my order wrong, and their staff is rude as all get out. Unbelievable. This location should be shut down.

Worst burger ever! I asked no tomatoes cause I’m allergic well they put them on lettuce was molded and no pickles awful won’t ever go back
