Sonic Drive-In, Mineola TX

Ordered a hamburger. Out in 5 minutes. Friendly young lady. Hamburger was still so hot I could hardly hold it in the wrapper. Highly recommend.

Frequent flyer here- They get it right more than they get it wrong. Half price drinks in the app- Can’t beat that if you need a quick fix. Carhops are typically pleasant.

Food that comes out of the kitchen is hot like it should be. Service is fast, and the staff is courteous and smiling like they enjoy their jobs. The outside parking lot and yard are always picked up from litter. The yard is always tidy and well kelp. If this all kelp and clean, I bet the kitchen and inside is clean as well. This all shines on the owner, manger, and the pride of the staff. Well done!

This morning a little after 8am 8/9/23 I stopped in to get my unsweet tea and a supersonic breakfast burrito. My burrito had several not just 1 but several black hairs in it. I had to throw it away. On a positive note the car hop is always friendly and I understand things happen.but our mineola sonic seems to be slacking.

Every 10 out of 10 visits I order a "R44 Sprite add vanilla with EASY ice. " However 8 out of the 10 visits my drink is plum full of ice, as if it was orderd with extra ice. I tend to catch the mistake while the car hop is still there, but the days im just tierd and not paying attention the last thing I would like to happen is my EASY ice drink has more ice than drink. Also I got tater tots today and they were barely warm and soggy.

The order screen and speaker were broken, poor car hop had stand in heat to take orders, someone get her Snickers Blast!

Awful service for the elderly went sick to Get dinner wouldn't answer The button pushed 6times no response 4employees standing in side doing nothing backed out saw a new customer arrive get a drink asked if closing No so I pulled back in ordered but paid For hot dog no hot dog in bag no marinara sauce for moz sticks even tipped carhop $1.50 got home no Dinner hotdog not There and moz sticks with no marinara what's the point trashed $15.00down the drain. Get someone that can actually serve. Not even worth one Star

It's bad enough to mess up a complete order from top to bottom but after it happened once I decided to give them another try and same problem never again $9 for a fast food double cheeseburger and can't even get the correct food

It's just Sonic. We've all eaten there. This one is good and the car hops are always friendly.
I wrote this review because I ordered a couple of corn dogs and asked if they would dip them in pickles juice after cooking. Expecting a "no. " I was told "Ummm, Sure! ". PLUS! Not only the cook dip em in pickle jusce, but he sent a little container of pickle juice out with the car hop for me to dip em in also!

The car hop was very sweet and kind. Our order however was wrong. The first thing we ordered was a kids wacky pack with strips fries and apple juice. We got apple juice only from the wacky pack so we explained and they said they didn't know we ordered the kids meal just apple juice? We then ordered another wacky pack paid for it and waited for the food for our toddler in the back seat being very patient with his apple juice. The wacky pack arrived but guess what no freaking apple juice with the new order. It's just seriously unacceptable. Instead of confusing the staff even further we just left.

After placing order and having it read back to me they still got it wrong the food was accepti9nally bad. Stayed nauseous for hours

They dont give me anymore than one cherry when i ask for CHERRYS in my drinks or they practically dump cherry juice in my drinks
