Sonic Drive-In, Mansfield TX

This sonic location has really gone downhill. Workers are rude and very short with you, they are always out of everything, and they take forever. Or they just refuse to answer and take your order. I'm not one to leave reviews but this is the 3rd time we've tried to visit this one in 2 months and it's worse everytime.

Just waited in line for 30 minutes.behind TWO cars. My 5 piece chicken tenders had 3.and they were burnt and inedible. The onion rings were also burnt. No apology for the wait, or warning on the speaker that they were way understaffed.

EXTREMELY slow. When I left for work, I was going to be 10 minutes early, I stopped here, and I was 25 minutes late.

Every single time I come to this location there is ALWAYS an issue with my order or I have a bad experience with customer service. Every. Single. Time. Save your time and go to any other sonic but this one

Probably the slowest sonic in existence. 15 minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars and still didn't get food

I ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes and never had a car hop bring me my food. I had to go get it from the drive thru. Food was cold my dog on the chili dog looked old.
I believe they were understaffed.
On a good note the young lady blonde in the drive thru a very polite and friendly.

Decent, for a reason unknown it took a lil long for 2 drinks to come out, when put the order in before we arrived. How do you send me a reply and want me to send one back to on a unsecured network.

Ordered from the Sonic app and when we arrived they were bringing it out to the vehicle within one minute. I'd say that's great customer service and the car hop she was very nice and polite. The poor girl even came back to us with someone else's drinks and we had a good laugh so great service and a sense of humor. I had a Reece's Blast the only thing is not enough Reece's but was still delicious.

Terrible service they have you food and drinks then have you wait 10 minutes while your food gets cold for them to give you your milkshake.

Quick service. Stopped here on our way home. Needed a drink. And they tasted good. Slushy was just right. Diet Dr. Pepper was very good. Employee had a nice smile on her face as she delivered the drinks to our car. Location looked clean. Almost last stop as you head to Lubbock or if you head to Abilene. So that is helpful.

I ordered a cranberry slush through the app and it said the order was completed but I never got my slushy after waiting for 10 minutes. When I used to work at sonic they had a four minute rule and for a small slushy I would think that would be the case.

I made a mobile order and drove to it and when I got there I checked in and waited more than 30 minutes pressed the button multiple times to get told to hold each time and finally got through to someone who didn't even let me finish talking to get an order that's wrong I didn't even waste my time trying to get it fixed cause they obviously weren't gonna fix it

They were quick, all our order was there, it was correct & the quality/taste was really good other than tater tots were a bit under cooked & mushy.

Good but don't always get correct order.do like the happy hr though.route 44 root beer packed with crunchy ice

I love Sonic drinks and this particular Sonic used to be managed well. For the last 6+mos, the wait is 15-30 mins, the staff is confused and the order is incorrect almost every time. I hope this is just a temporary staffing issue and not a permanent management issue.

Tater tots were just barely cooked. Even cold in the middle. Warm chili helped little as the whole thing was like mush.

Ordered a cherry limeade and nothing about my drink was cherry nor limeade about it! Watered down and tasted like carbonated water with a hint of sugar. Gave the drink back and decided to get a Hi-c fruit punch instead only come to find out this drink was way worse than the cherry limeade I sent back! Literally nothing but red water sitting in ice; not Hi-C fruit punch! The girl at the drive thru had an attitude and took offense to me not liking the way my drink was made. Coney chili dog was DISGUSTING! The weiner was this weird brown color on the outside and very pink on the inside and had a weird taste to it! Tator tots had no salt on them. Just the worst experience and Sonic location ever! I will not be returning! Couldn't and didn't even finish my food! Waste of money!
