Sonic Drive-In, Waco TX

Shared cold drinks with my granddaughter on a very very hot afternoon. Drinks were cold and tasty and car hop service was good.

Won't even rate it was terrible. A bug in my drink. Nope not for me.

Checked hours before going and showed 10: 30. Arrived at 10: 05, all the lights were on and another vehicle was waiting for their food. An employee came out to bring the other car's food. After waiting a little while an employee tells me over the speaker "Sorry, but we closed early tonight at 10. " Will never return to this location and will think twice before going to any other.

It was crowded but I went through drive-through so got what I wanted it was fresh

Have outstanding service during the day. Fast service and car hops are friendly! No complaints there. However, I’ve come multiple times 30-45 mins before closing and I always get told “we are now closed” or no answer at all when I push the red button. Please update hours if it’s going to be continuous. If I came 5-10 mins before closing I would understand but not more than 30 mins. I would also understand if y’all were short staffed and were forced to close early but being this has happened multiple times even YEARS AGO, it seems nothing has changed. If you can’t be open until your listed time for closing, then change it.

Very slow and unfriendly service I wouldn’t suggest this sonic. People just standing inside talking while customers are waiting on their food. Just close this one.

Sonic is a great place for frozen treats! Love it. The bagby location is the best one.
