17 On Monday (sept/11/23) night, 11pm. I was yelled by a rude little lady employee. As soon as I pull up to park to order, she mumbled and I didn’t hear her, so i asked if she could repeat herself. Next thing I know, she yelled out “we’re only doing drive thru right now! ”
It’s not so welcoming. Wasn’t going to go through drive thru to get spat on our food as well.
These people so ghetto, while making our ice-cream she dancing and playing with the male eating her a ice-cream cone. Then we asked for a butterfinger blast w/ extra whipped cream it had none then got an attitude cause we asked her to fix it. Lastly, she rushed me to get my order I forgot to order 2 items and then never came back to the intercom.
Poor customer service Precious!
The customer is -1 like many fast food restaurants. Management is desperate for employees they hire whoever apply and the employees act your bothering them when it their JOB.
The reason I gave them 5 stars is because all of the service was good. However, there was only ONE hosts running around attending to all of the cars. I gave her an extra tip.
My Carhop, Micah, She was VIBRANT, BUBBLY, & SUPER SWEET! ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL! And EXCEEDINGLY EXCEPTIONAL! I had just woke up & l ordered My Red Bull Slush & Popcorn Chicken, but I don't even Need My Red Bull anymore because She Just Brightened My Day Up with Her Smile & Voice! Thank You, Micah! YOU GOOOOOOO, GIRL!
Went today && order 2 separate times, got order wrong both times, asked for plain chicken sandwiches && both was incorrect, and 2nd time cheeseburger was also in correct
Will absolutely never place another order here again. After waiting over 30 minutes for two mini blast. Once we checked our order, everyone seemed to not know what order was placed. Not to mention the guy who answered was rude! Don’t recommend this location.
Very bad care. I waited more than 45 minutes for an order, and they were just yelling at each other in the premises
Took more than 20 minutes for a small root beer float. I left before I got my root beer float cause my lunch time was over I had gone back to work. I’m glad I didn’t Oder food
Arrived to the window and they told us we couldn't make two separate orders and if we wanted to we would have to pay and come back around. Then got to the window and told us that we couldn't pay in cash and card. This has never been an issue until yesterday. The guy taking the orders and payments was very rude and rushing us.
Arrived at 5 to order 3 drinks from the app for me and my daughters. After I placed order at 5: 11pm and checked in the stall. I waited for about 10 minutes then an employee came out to ask me what I was waiting for. I told him for an app order and told him my name and he went inside. 20 mins later I got out to ask what was going on and he told me the order somehow messed up and they can't see anything and the managers weren't there to fix the problem. So he told me there's nothing that can be done and try to get a refund.
Called support and they said they can't view the order and it has to be escalated to a manager now and someone will email me or call me soon. 4 hours later I havent been contacted by anyone yet my credit card got charged and I never got any drinks or any service. Only was told "sorry I can't do anything for you"
I've never had this problem with Sonic ever. Not happy at all with the service or lack there of today
Drove all the way to the place because it says Friday & Saturday they close at 1am… It is 12: 15! So?
I ordered drive through & I waited for my order as if it was going to be freshly cooked & not disappointed at that not at all.but my order came up & I drove off having to turn around &return item because it was some old food & the mozzarella cheese stick was not cooked well the cheese was old & hard didn't not melt.but here the shocking part the lady at the window had just poured out a drink & then she rinsed the cup with water & replaced it back in the sleeve with the other cups. I told her I wish I had recorded her doing that& I also ask her why did she do that because I had sent my drink back also & I believe it was the cup I previously had returned.
They just standing there and they have me waiting almost 30min wait so disappointed just wasting time
Worst sonic location, the so called manager hung up in my face when clearly they was having a bad day, called corporate about it been over 3 weeks since no call back.customer service is always number when u dealing wit ppl, this location knows nothing about it.
Stay away from the Wheatland location, the food was burnt, and the service was unprofessional, I will never go to that location ever.
Closes at 1 am but the workers don’t answer the drive threw they are just standing there. Waisted our time.
