12This Sonic seems to ALWAYS be understaffed, I am about to leave waiting to just order for over 15 mins. They need to fix their staffing issues, it’s ridiculous to have this type of wait. I do not recommend this Sonic. It’s a shame it really close to my house.
Ordered from ap, went to pickup and told they came out Nd said no hotdogs buns, shake machine broken during promo deal. So took money and could not fill order
Got home and they forgot my cheese dip for my pretzels and my Strawberry cheesecake shake and tried calling for 1 1/2 hours no answer!
We came to Sonic about 8ish pm and it was very busy, but the employees was moving the order out in a timely manner, especially
Nakisha. They all did great tonight!
We love the burgers, they are always made fresh to order. We both have high blood pressure and order made our way. No added salt. I love the sauteed onions, hubby does not want onions. It's always our go to place for lunch. Unfortunately they are very far away from our home. So we don't get to eat there often. However, if we're ever in the area it's our go to place for sure. Give them a try you won't be sorry.
Guy who was speaking to me on intercom rude and very professional……. Hate coming to this one!
Worst wait times of any Sonic I've ever been to in my life. I got here at 4: 13 and am just now leaving with my order at 4: 45pm.
ATTENTION STORE MANAGER: Do something about that so your associates don't have to experience upset customers who were expecting reasonable wait times! Or comp customers who wait more than 30 minutes because this is the final time I'll be here and I'm sure others won't be returning either because of this mess!
I waited 20 minutes for a single drink that I never got. Asked for the drink or a refund as I needed to leave. The manager, young dude, came out with a complete attitude and proclaimed, Well, we're busy, with hand motions and attitude, and turned around and stormed off. It then took me calling the hotline number and waiting another 15 minutes before I even received a refund, to which I had to ask a carhpp while on the phone for it and they finally brought a receipt for the refund. I told the lady handling the complaint the best way to contact me was via email. There's nothing to this day, and it's been three weeks.
Place looks terrible. Not a single order has been correct. Order to hand takes forever. Car hops are rude.
VERY slow at this location. Not a good place to stop if you don't have quite a bit of time to kill.
Service and speed are fantastic as usual. We've had Mikayla as a carhop several times and she is wonderful every time!
We pressed the red button and waited 10 minutes to place our order before giving up and leaving. For the last 4 minutes of that we could hear someone breathing into the mic and background noise but when we tried to talk to them no answer. Wish we’d been able to even place our order while everyone around us was getting their food
