17Placed order in sonic app at 9: 35 pm. Got there at 9: 37pm when I checked in my order was ever brought out to me. I waiting antill 10pm. Still nothing. I decided to go though the drive thur and to my surprise my order has been sitting there all along. Ps i order 3 sonic blast. By the time I received it, they were water consistency. So I was very mad because the people who work there were just talking to one another and taking their time instead of helping there customers. I worked in customer service for 6 year and I have never received such bad service.
Waited in the stall for 20 minutes just for them to tell me they are only taking drive thru orders. I asked them to put a sign so customers could see and they said "we did it's on the door. SMH how are customers supposed to read that from far away
Waited at a stall for over 5 min after pushing a button. No “please hold” just silence. Unacceptable.

Worst slushy I've ever had. Watered down little to no flavor. I'll never return to this location. Service was very slow, too.
I've been in line for 30 minutes.with only 3 cars in front of me. I'd leave if I wasn't stuck behind another car. P. S Im writing this in line while I'm waiting for a soda.
The customer service for walk-in customers is terrible here!
I pressed the button and waited over 5 times wasting over 15 minutes of my time while people were getting served through the drive thru and I had to go knock at the window to ask them to take my order.
The machine wasn’t broken, I was just being ignored. As soon as I said something the associate told me to press the button again and they’d take my order.

I only gave 4 stars because the sweet tea was terrible. It was very weak and not sweet at all.
Manager barely owned up to her mistake of forgetting to take out an order for more than 20min. I order 2 drinks…
These places encourage me to stop eating junk food. $16 dlls for a meal that definitely do not worth it. Maybe they are having issues to hire employees but, it is the result of people wanting higher salary for a minimum wage jobs. Second time in a month in a different city that I encounter same situation with the food. Management is not taking care of the quality of their product. I won't be eating at any sonic anymore.
Although not the healthiest option they will usually have something to satisfy your craving
Awful service by Melanie. But I suppose is management. I have never had a good experience in this place, came because of the location, but it is not worth it. I wonder how they haven’t closed it, the other reviews are pretty bad as well.

Sonic tends to take forever to bring out your order. The food comes out cold. Sometimes the employees, including the manager, have an attitude.
Waited over an hour for a shake, a large root beer and a large mozzarella sticks. This place has extremely bad management. Save yourself and please go to another store.
Terrible experience. Went to a stall hit the red button and waited 15+ minutes with no one to take my order. Ended up driving away for the second time this month. No thank you sonic! Stay away from this location. They are awful.
Came here for a shake. It took 25 min to get it. Ridiculous. I pulled into a stall, I guess I should have hit the drive through, guess I'm old-fashioned. Also, the screen never came up to pay with a card, and I ended up paying cash.
