Sonic Drive-In, Rockwall TX

I Ordered, turn it on and. Popcorn, chicken, and chicken was dry and the terracotta was so greasy. It made me sick to my stomach. The only thing I enjoyed was the ocean.

Doing Door Dash here. Had to drive in congested traffic, and order was still not ready for customer by the time we had arrived. Customer's order was delayed a bit. Please try to manage Door Dash orders on more professionally timely manner.

Went here a little before 9pm and they closed, shut off all the lights, when online it says they don’t close until 10pm.
If they close at 10 they need to be open until 10, and if they close at 9pm they need to update there time.

Whoever owns this place needs to train their staff. High school kids are nice but need supervision. If it was an isolated incident- bad service- it would be different but it every single time. It is an owner issue.

Waiting 30 mins pushing 2 different buttons and no one helped. We could see them thru the window doing nothing just talking. We got there at 9pm so they were NOT closed. ZERO STARS!

Sonic on 276 in Rockwall. I ordered drive thru and specifically stated the kids burger was cheese and ketchup 3 times. I asked for marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks and extra cherries in my cherry lime drink. They forgot the marinara, didn't give me a straw so I asked for it at the window. Then I asked if the drink had extra cherries. She stated yes. I got home and the kids cheeseburger had a ton of mustard, pickles and ketchup on it. My child couldn't even eat it. The drink had 1 cherry. They charged me for extra cherries. Seriously, if you keep hiring lazy people who don't care then this Sonic will close. It's not hard to read a paper and fill the order. My 6 yr old can do it. Smh.will not be returning!

Sonic needs to update the menu online. It's happened a couple of times trying to order at the restaurant to be told they don't serve what I want any longer. Not a Happy camper! The All American Dog my husband got was not good at all. Ended up on the trash. This the norm for this Sonic.

I have been stopping by here the last few weeks only to see NO IMPOVERMENT! The service is horrible sorry I only get a milk shake from here. Only 1 young man with the braids has displayed some manners and respect for the customers. My rating on the food is due mainly to the poor service I use the drive thru so the atmosphere is OK. Need some more adult supervision in this location

Everyone that works after 4 or something are little kids that dont know what they're doing. They take too long for a small order, they seem slow, cant hear us thru the machine.weird cus everyone in the 1st shift could.

Food was cold. Burger meat tasted like it had been cooked, refrigerated, and then reheated in a microwave. I don’t know how this sonic is still in business. It has had numerous owners over just 2 years. This sonic just can’t seem to get anything right. I go every now and then to see if things have got any better, but of coarse every time the food is like it was all cooked in a microwave. I think this is my final attempt at this sonic and will drive to the other sonic.

Very disorganized and chaotic service. Took 45 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches and a large fries. Ordered at the drive in spot, the on-screen order disappeared after about 15 minutes, and any attempts to ask staff was met with confusion and deflecting. It wasn't until I spoke with a manager 40 minutes in that my order was finally prepared. Food was good, but the wait was unacceptable.

Good food, NEVER come here with cash. For my birthday my friend had given me a 50 to spend.the total was 10.27 I had given the lady 50.27.and she shorted me 4 dollars as well as took my 2 dollar tip.

Carhop was friendly. Food looked like it had been sitting under a lamp longer than David Hasselhoff. The show wasn’t bad, by show I mean the two kids shadow boxing in the kitchen. I’d drive across town before risking food poisoning here again.

I had a breakfast burrito. Very nice indeed.better than taco bell in my opinion. Good value and friendly service

They always mess up my order not going there ever again went there this morning was there at 557am at 6am I called the store phone and they said they are not open yet! Just lazy

Wish I read the reviews before I went through the drive thru. After a 10 min wait I was given my order only to realize (after I drove home) they left out the main item. I called and asked for a refund for the food I didn’t receive and they told me they were closed and hung up. This is what happens when children are left to run a business with no supervision.
