18I ordered my food on the mobile app. I then took 5 to 10 minutes to arrive at the location. I then checked in and my order showed on the screen. The screen showed it was on the way and then it took another 4 minutes to arrive at my car. Service was efficient especially for how busy they were. But the misinformation of my food on the way and taking 4 minutes seemed slightly misleading.
If you come for dinner here then you gotta check your food. The quality of the food is pretty good though and of course with inflation comes rising prices but the prices here still remain fair. I give a 4 star just because of the slack on caring to have your order right at nights.
The owners do a fantastic job of operations so keep up the good work guys and as for night crew treat the food as if you would treat yours. A little care and good customer service goes a long way for both the owners and the employees in the long run.
Horrible experience and I’ve been going here for years. We received burgers that were literally not edible because they were so old and not fresh. Even the limeade was not drinkable. Also, the person taking order was so rude. Do not eat here unless you want bad food.
My onion rings tasted bad they need to change their oil My popcorn chicken didn't have enough sauce.

Ordered a crispy spicy chicken. It is not spicy but burnt and so over cooked I could not eat it. Then I wanted a large order brought me medium drink. For the cost of it should have been an xrta large. This is twice and I will not be ordering food from there again.
This specific location charges an additional 32 cents for a single condiment, which must be a management/owner policy because the two other sonic locations I visit do not charge like that for condiments. I had ordered off the app, which did not charge for the condiments, so I didn’t find out until after I arrived to pick up. Since I doubt they’ll update on the app, I thought I’d leave a review to caution others that they’ll be dishing out a few extra bucks to just have condiments (besides ketchup) with the food they ordered.
The new strawberry shortcake ice cream slushie was the best frozen, ice cream, flavored drink I have ever had in my entire 35 years of life! I loved it!
Gave 4 of 5 because the person taking the order was very short wth yes, almost rushing us by asking after every word, is that it instead of giving us time and waiting for a long enough pause to determine we were probably done, or just letting us say, t
hat'll be it.
Most of the ordering stations have issues with screen or card reader not working. I had a large drink order, and when it was delivered, I asked what was what, but due to none of them being marked, the response was just to taste them and figure it out that way.
Went here for lunch today & I didn’t receive tots with my order like I asked for & the piece of chicken on my sandwich was burnt all the way through & I couldn’t even eat it. This sonic trip was very disappointing to say the least. I do NOT recommend this location.
Prices keep going up, but portions keep getting smaller. Ordered a large chili cheese fry, but the container wasn't even half filled. Could have gotten as much or more with a medium order.
I just gotta say the food was great today. The server was wonderful he's always got a smile on his face. Thanks
Typical Sonic: Don't expect anything exceptional, but do expect a good value on drinks, especially when you use the app.

Meh. It was hot, but that's the only good thing I can say. The atmosphere was ok, you could tell the building was an older location, privately owned and not updated. If I went back its be bc of the service and I'd try another menu item. Second chance
Does the app ever work? Almost 8.00 for 2 drinks is ridiculous! Atleast the other locations are giving happy hour prices when the app is down! That really messes with the car hops tips
Breakfast is great, sometimes is mistaken for another order. Really upset about how the owner treats her guests and then when I went to place an order on the app today, they got an attitude when I made them correct it. And then when I get home, still no EXTRA cherries and the cup exploded from the bottom being cracked.
Ordered in the app.not in my city.checked in but the stall screen did not confirm so I pushed the red button.guy was really nice, but when I got my order, I drive away and found that sandwich was a burger.good food, just not quite right.
It's unfortunate how little people want to work these days. We pulled into Sonic at 959PM, and they already had their Sonic sign off, and the darn place was literally a ghost town. It's clear that the days of places staying open a few minutes beyond their posted hours are gone, let alone staying open up TO their posted hours. I mean, honestly, Sonic, you had to close sooner than the 10PM posted time? All I wanted was an Ocean water Alas, we then went across the street to good ol' Whataburger instead.
