Not sure who is preparing the food but dang. Ordered a #1 with no onions and with mayo.get the food and forgot a sonic blast.and my burger meat is super cold and had ketchup on it. I asked the car hop girl about the blast and about the burger and she was very nice and apologized and got me another burger I wasnt upset about the mistake as long as they gave me another one.asked for same thing no onions and with mayo. I get the 2nd burger and still was wrong.meat was hot but there was mayo and ketchup and onions.won't be going back there for their food.
Loved my guilty pleasure drink of a diet Sprite with blood orange. Sweet carhop who was happy and quick to deliver the order.
I eat here quite often and have never had a complaint. Food is always very good. I order with the app and they bring my food within a couple of minutes of pulling into the stall. Car hops have always been very nice. Overall great place to get a quick bite to eat.
I went through the drive-thru just to get a soda. While I was at the window the guy pouring my drink noisily hawked up a big, nasty, snot ball and SPIT IT ON THE FLOOR! Right on the floor at his feet! So unbelievably nasty, especially in this day and age. I asked for my money back and left. I'll never ever go back, I've never seen such horrible behavior from any employee anywhere.
Came to this sonic for an easy order. Since the app wasn’t working we went ahead and ordered verbally. Alyssa came to our car and when our drink order was wrong, responded rudely and said that the receipt said what it said. Wasn’t too happy with the attitude given.
This location is terrible. The last two times I’ve pulled up to order. No one has said a word until I pull up to the window. Every time you order the food is always wrong. I don’t plan on returning!
18 minutes for a large Dr. Pepper with a lime wedge. Tried giving this place multiple shots but honestly they are just awful. Drive the extra distance and go to Krum!
I work in the service industry all across the board management, bartending, fine dining waiting, I share this to point out I’m very patient when it comes to food service of any kind. Me and my fiancé went there and asked to make sure we got something that we thought would be included, but the last 3 times we got it it was not included. So when we asked we were met with energy like we didn’t know what we were talking about. Car hop also did made sure to treat us like like we were dumb for even asking (wouldn’t have to ask if we gotten it the last 3 times). And on top of all that my sandwich didn’t even have any meat on it, it seems every time we get here we have to correct our order ourselves with our own grocery’s. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but to treat us like we don’t know what we are talking about AND THEN messing up our order in really no way but just blatant neglect. So neglect when it comes to our order (not even modification, just literally the most important thing that comes on the sandwich) and then to be treated like we are stupid for it. I was a carhop when I was younger so I understand that job it’s not always the most glamorous. But I can’t say I’ve had a good experience anytime I have been there.
This location is terrible. They never get my order right. Anytime I’ve ordered French toast sticks in the past, they’ve never given me syrup with it when it is supposed to come with it. Today I asked for syrup with the French toast sticks twice when ordering to make sure. When the carhop, Sierra, came out with our food, she said, “here’s your food, and there’s syrup in there. ” Then she rolled her eyes as she walked away. Didn’t need the attitude for y’all’s previous mistakes, first of all. THEN…. Surprise surprise! We got home and opened up the croissant sandwich and there’s no bacon in the sandwich when all we asked for was no cheese on it.
Another time I went, a man handed me my food in the drive-thru, and he had extremely disgusting fingernails… I don’t know if that bothers many people, but I lose my appetite seeing someone hand me my food with dirty fingernails. Never again will I be returning to this location. Some of the carhops need to fix their attitude, and the kitchen needs to learn their menu.
I was asked to pull forward at the drive through window creating a traffic debacle for over 20 minutes. Finally I decided the buffoonery must end and I left the property without my order. Lesson learned, if no stall is available don't use the drive through, wait for a stall or go elsewhere. The good news is Sonic did cancel the charge on my credit card which I didn't expect so they are honest.
Bad experiences 2 days in a row.yesterday order was pretzel no salt and extra mustard for corn dog.got extra salt on pretzel and no mustard at all.got pretzel fixed only after I had to say I cant have salt added, but missed mustard until after i drove off.today Ice cold french fries and chili dog - the hot dog was so burnt and hard couldnt eat it, so had chili cheese on a bun.the fries today were for my grandson and couldnt eat them being cold and hard.
The mozzarella sticks were awful! This is by far the worst Sonic I have ever been to. They appeared undercooked, but the taste was extremely salty and overcooked. There were a few that tasted old and had hard clumps of cheese throughout them. We have given this Sonic several opportunities thinking maybe it was just a bad day. However, it seems that every time we go it gets worse. I do not recommend this Sonic at all.
I come to Sonic quite a bit because my kids love it a lot. But this time I am very unhappy with my order. I ordered a plain and dry Burger which is a number two the girl put a cheeseburger when they brought it out it had everything on it. So I called them again to recreate it, they brought it back a second time they just had cheese on it sent it back again then they come back again with it with lettuce and tomato and a little bit of cheese on it. I don't know how else to explain to them a plane and dry Burger. I was there for 45 minutes just because of that alone.
The Wednesday night team is the best. The food was cooked to order perfectly. The team listens and delivers100% satisfaction. Definitely eat here especially with the Wednesday night team. Thank you, Sonic.
Update: this morning we stopped in for Burritos, and got mini Burritos. Not happy seeing as we were taking our food home and couldn't get a remedy. No one answered when I called.
Been to this Sonic many times, first breakfast trip was this morning. This morning crew was awesome! My food came out within like 2 minutes of paying, and it was so hot that I couldn't touch it. I wish it had more seasoning, but it was fresh food with fast service.
