Sonic Drive-In, Dallas TX

This is the 3rd time i went to this place to buy a rout 44 die coke. The service here is terrible. The diet coke tasted like sour water and some of the people to work there are very rude and it seems like they don’t care about there business. Wasted my $ here.

So this location is not available on the app and when I ordered a coney they were out of buns! Like what? ! That’s your staple? !

I went yesterday and the lady was so nice even tho I couldn’t hear her much she was honest about it and apologized for it which I don’t mind at all they got my order right even the guy who brought my food asked me if everything was right and the food was bomb this is now my go to sonic!

Sonic Corp should revoke their franchise license. This location has homeless people loitering around. Most recently for some strange reason the app/call ahead was t working at this location. However worked at every other location in the metroplex. I called them and asked if they were open. However when I got there they forgot to mention that they couldn’t fulfill half the menu.

I do enjoy their varied food offerings it's my go-to place for a hot dog more frequently I go during happy hour for the discounted signature drinks.

It takes 3, sometimes 4 trips to get a good experience here and a correct order. That means the price you pay is more expensive for less quality than if you go somewhere else.

I for one am done with Sonic. This location just has such bad service, I can’t justify going back.

Thank you to the owner of this location! For whatever reason, my card wasn’t working even though I had made purchases prior to being at the drive thru. (Yes there’s money on the card) So the owner bought my lunch. I greatly appreciated your kindness in this crazy, angry world.

Ordered a ROUTE 44 Lemon Berry Slush through the Drive thru. Fast service and great delivery.

Choose another sonic. SO MANY BROKEN STATIONS. Attempted to pull into 5 different stations and they were all broken.

They always out of something they always chilling outside not doing they mfn job I hate it here need to hire better workers all of them are dopefiends

If I could place 0 stars I would, TODAY 7: 30 TO 8PM WAITING FOR MY ORDER THEY PLACED ME TWICE AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER I HAD TO GO TO THE WINDOW WE HAVE TO WAIT MORE TIME WHEN THEY DELIVERED MY ORDER IT WAS ALL DIRTY AND STAINED OUTSIDE, THE WORKERS WITH A BAD FACE AND ALL DIRTY. I REALLY NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE COMPLETE DIRT. DO NOT COME I WARNED YOU

The reason i stoped eating at Sonic is this Sonic. They are rude, dirty and have the worst practices when it comes to food preparation. Stay away. You ve been warned.

The manager is rude and always have an attitude. I asked for a bag of Ice and she always say they don't have ice or the ice machine doesn't work. When is the right time to inform corporate about this issue with the Ice machine? Also, them eyes looking really red

I was at the sonic in ross 2 and a half hours ago i got a blast and it was spoiled and after looking in the bottom of the cup was 4 baby roaches OMG!
Close this location down asap!

I just flat out stopped coming here. The last 2 times I've been to this Sonic location, I've been pretty much turned away. The last time (this past Saturday around 7pm) I was told that all orders are on hold till further notice. Who does that? The time before that, I left after waiting 30 minutes for the food I paid for. Had to dispute the charge on my card because I never got the food.
Why is this location always so backed up? Not to mention there are always employees sitting around outside on the benches.

Do better, Sonic! Hire more/better staff, pay them better, or just call it quits.
