This location is messing up too often. They get the orders wrong. They are slow to deliver app orders once checked in and my last 3 app orders have been completely wrong.

I used to frequent this sonic 3-4 times a week after work and previously gave a 5 star review. It has recently gone majorly downhill, taking an incredibly long time. Today, I ordered ahead and I still waited 40 minutes at sonic before I ended up having to drive away so I could pick up my kids on time. I’m hoping I can get a refund since I most definitely didn’t think I’d have to wait close to an hour for a drink and a small snack. So ridiculous.

Bless their hearts! Short-staffed today, so only drive-through. The cashier was taking orders, coming outside to deliver and take payment from some customers in the long drive-through line, and running back to cashier's window to take care of some of us too! SHE DESERVES A BIG RAISE!

The ranch dressing for the peppers WAS NOT Ranch. It was mayo it tasted like. Tasted like mayo that pickle relish would have made it into tartar sauce. I want REAL ranch dressing like it used to be! Poppers and cherry lime made were normal delicious!

Got my order completely wrong. The server did not want to fix it and just walked off.
The bad thing is it was a very simple fix. Will not be back suggest you go to another one the lose your money here

Horrible service very rude workers not very attentive or have any patience. I received the wrong sandwich order and they didn’t give me a chance to explain they cut me off and made me wait while my other got cold food is always well no complaints there just some staff nice gentleman finally came and asked me what I needed to resolve the issue not sure this location is the best to eat from

I’ve been three times and never gotten my food. Longest I’ll wait is 30 minutes before I give up and drive away. They must be understaffed…. Don’t come here

Always a good place to go. We prefer ordering from the app even when we are already at Sonic. No chance of getting it wrong this way.haha Good Service and Food was great.

All I ordered was two drinks though the app and they brought the wrong order out twice. I just left. Cause that just didn't make any sense

Was there on monday i had sharane as my carhop she was so sweet and she told me about the app and now i order on my app ty sharane you are a winner best carhop in dallas all around 5 stars for you lady

Poor Customer Service they are putting u in hold for several hours they do not understand your orders always give us the wrong thing when we say this is not my order again they keep wait u for several hours the worst ever place I hate such a management

Thank you for not serving me old, nasty tea like 98% of the other Sonic locations do! Please update the mobile app to show that 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea is available.

By far the WORST Sonic EVER! You order on the app and still wait anywhere from 20 minutes and up! Tonight 07/14 I order a mini Oreo Reese’s peanut butter shake with NO whip cream or cherry, a vanilla Dr Pepper and a pretzel. The guy brings it out says my order to me correctly and hands me my stuff. My shake CLEARLY has whip cream and a cherry which whatever it’s not the end of the world, pretty sure my Dr Pepper isn’t a Dr Pepper and it has no ice. After stirring my MELTED shake up I notice it’s just a vanilla shake! I call the guy back and he ADMITS it’s wrong that the “cooks were trippin! ” He brings me back another shake and I’m pretty sure it’s wrong too but I just left at that point because who knows what I’d get next! There is only ONE REALLY good guy here but unfortunately I don’t know his name. But they really need to get it together! The amount of bad reviews is unreal!

I really wish I could rate them with zero stars for the numerous times I've been with poor service. The only reason I keep coming back is bc it's right by my job. But I think I'll find another sonic worth driving the extra miles. They are horrible!

This is the worst Sonic I have been too. Tons of the stalls are now missing order screens and if you use those stalls to check in using the app, app can’t find it. The stalls that do have order screens have only part of them that work. Even if you order in the app, this place WILL get your order wrong. Good luck on getting any sauces as well here. We have used the app to order several times recently and each time the order was severely wrong, it took half an hour to even get part of the order, and we missed sauces and more. The people were consistently rude as well. And if you are missing sauces and push the button for anything missing, they will not come back out to correct it, instead they will direct you to the drive thru that is extremely backed up with people having similar issues…. After waiting for 30 plus minutes for the food to begin with.

I have truly never been to a more poorly run Sonic than this one which sucks as my kids love the chili cheese coneys and French toast sticks.

If you want Sonic and want to not wait a long time for a wrong order and rude service then go to any location other than this one.

Wow I had the worst experience with the lady in the drive thure she was super rude and did know how to spit a transaction half cash half card she purposely took longer to make us wait help the customers behind up before give are food they where talking bad about us to there co workers witch we could here will never be coming back! To this location

We ordered 2 blasts, they got both of them wrong.
Order two medium blasts, we receive one small and one medium.
The medium was not supposed to have banana in it. But they added bananas for some reason. Also, the wait was around 20 minutes to fail them.

Chicken tenders is super hard. 6/26/2023
