Sonic Drive-In, DeSoto TX

Yeah no. Don’t get me started. The place is ran by children. Like literal children. The manager is incompetent and the employees are helpless. Inside is total chaos. No order to anything that happens inside. Me and my family went on a Sunday afternoon to grab a few drinks and some food. We sit in one of the stalls and wait for our food. 10 minutes later, our food arrived… without the food. We got our drinks but not our food. Another 10 minutes went by then we asked one of the employees when our food was coming. He shrugged it off and said I don’t know. Then he said it would come probably. Another 10 minutes went by. Our food still didn’t come. Come to find out that the entire place forgot about our food anyway. We have to go up to the door and wait until they gave us our order. Management is bad, service is bad, the food is nowhere near good enough to overcome the other problems.

I ordered a sundae. The girl brought out the sundae and I paid with a $20. She came back with my change, and I asked for a spoon and a napkin. She brought a sealed spoon. I went to give her a tip, and she said that she didn't need it. Never did get a napkin. Just overall odd. Sundae was good, though. Who doesn't need $?

I went here late in the evening a few days ago and ordered a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger meal. The burger definitely was not what I’m used to. The burger usually comes with just mustard but the one I received had both ketchup and mayo, which I didn’t request. I may give this location another shot but I’ll try another before returning.

I purchased an oreo blast w/extra oreos and a strawberry creamslush w/extra strawberries. Both were the Absolute Best! Shout Out to the Dessert Specialist that made these delicious treats. They were Delicious and the service was Spectacular.

The drink was handed to me filled to the rim and overflowing through the top. The bag the food came in had greasy fingerprints on it. I can say that the burger was good.

I tried their bacon steak burger which was a waste of money, but my drink was good. I had a peach slush.

For some reason the Chilly hot dog does not taste like the foot long hot dog the foot long is much better
