17I just get the bare minimum from here (side of bacon, side of toast, and drink), and only because it's the only fast food place on the side of the street in the direction I'm going. Other foods are hit or miss.
The service was good with kind employees who smile. We received our food fairly quickly and it was nice and hot. When we got home, however, we were missing an order of fries and we had no straws for our 4 drinks. Other than that, the experience was positive. I have a hard time going to Sonics because they are usually very slow in getting the order out. This place was on top of it.
I stop every morning to get coffee but this morning (8/27/23) the employee Kay or manager whatever her position is had an attitude because she had to brew the coffee. When she brought it out to me you could see the attitude on her face a d she rolled her eyes when I handed her my card because stall 21 never shows the pay screen so I can pay. If this is who y'all have in the mornings then I would rather drive the few extra miles to a different sonic. It's ridiculous to get treated with such disrespect for being a customer.
I frequently visit this location only because it’s close to my house. The service has never been great, they are always slow and the employees are rude…but I’m not the type to complain so I let it slide. However when it comes to my kid I won’t bite my tongue period! About a week ago we were getting food and My 16 year old saw a few girls her age working there so she inquired about a job. The lady told her they needed help really bad and to come back next week and asked to speak to Julie whom I assume is the manager. I took her up there today to speak to Julie and as soon as my daughter walked in she frowned up at her with disgust! Then proceeded to walk off and say “I guess she is looking for a job”. Then another guy named Bill walks up and tells her unfortunately we are about to go on vacation and I don’t know who told you that.then he walks off as well. That has to be the most unprofessional mess I have ever seen in an establishment, she is a child! And this could’ve been handled better. I’m so glad she dodged this bullet I would never want her to work in an establishment like this! Which explains why the service is so poor. I will be contacting corporate as well. Do better!
Very disappointing this is the neighbor Sonics & drove all the way just to sit in a line to be told they are Closed. I ask the order taker (Camilla) Kamilla, it says hours of operation are till 10pm it was 9: 45pm when we reached the window. Maybe you should post your hours to close at 9: 30pm instead if your just going to turn people away when you choose. Not sure if spelled her name correctly…
The lady in the window was very rude and was on the phone while I tried to pay
My food was cold and hard
I really don't like their service, they only serve you at the car and most of the time the service is bad
I don’t understand how someone orders just a drink or a cup of ice and they have to wait a long time to get it. This is the only Sonic I have ever went to and they think they’re too good to walk the items out of their employee door to the drive thru. I can see if it’s a large order no but for one drink or a cup of ice really? !? Smh please do better with this because this is absolutely ridiculous!
LAdy at window was awesome as usual. 2 that work there that because of their great customer service I remember them. Definitely add to my day when I'm headed to dialysis weekly
Food was good but service was a little slow ordered on line an still had to wait 25 minutes to get my food.
I love stopping here for a quick bite and love the fact I can get 1/2 price drinks through the app. Only reason for the 4 star was because part of my chicken sandwich was not completely cooked, but this is the first time this has happened for me.
I love going to Sonic, but the order was totally incorrect!
The order was for two slushes, the order was given 3 times for clarity.

I'll never come here again.ever. Initial wait, alright I get that.but an additional 25min for A Burnt Burger.no apology from the manager or anything I was kind of afraid to eat after that because I've been sitting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes for one sandwich and three shakes.
In real life this location deserves 0 stars. No reason guests should wait 20-30MINS for a mobile order for a DRINK! Only reason this location gets customers is because it’s the only one. I live in the area and this time after the 15th time of this happening, I decided to leave a review. This service has been poor before the pandemic so this is entirely no excuse.
I went to several sonic drive in on the weekend and all had bad service except for the Sonic on Ross ave. They had good and fast customer service thank you guys.

Food was freshly made had a small issue but rather not speak on, but we came up with, we just split the ️ because the food was not sloppy but a lil on the dry side but it was worth the taste didn’t have time nor do we like to send food back unless it TO GET the refund because definitely hard to trust any food chain to remake it knowing TahEY be with ATTITUDE and you know how that may TURNED OUT Ijs!
then people ask as if EVERYONE WANTS IT FREE OR FREE FOOD so to cut all that TRASH TALK! ”we Just PREFER our REFUNDS less complications on communication w/IJS
