I didn't know how to pick up my order and I went in but I think it was through the window, but the girl treated me very kindly.

Just wanted to leave a review saying that the employee Reece has a great attitude and provides great service. I hope management sees this and gives him the credit he deserves.

I was just there and spent $50 on my food and the burger was soggy, old, and cold. The meat patty was cold. The fries were the same. It’s unbelievable the low quality of food I just got. I order 3 orders of fries and they were all shriveled and cold.
Shame on you guys for serving that to customers. Money is hard to come by these days and I spent half my grocery bill on this one meal as a treat for my family. That was what I was served.

Frequently have had issues with this location as of late.

Food is usually mediocre or worse. They've completely forgotten items in an order. The shakes and blasts used to be great but lately, they've had a minor to major rancid taste. Sorta like soured milk. I highly highly recommend you avoid this location. It used to be a decent drink stop and snack grab. But it's just absolutely terrible now.

Go to the Sonic on Brown trail or pipeline instead. They're at least edible and correctly make your order (and their shakes aren't rancid)

Why did I have to discover that my cup had a hole in it and was leaking when I made it home? NO one answered phone and email was rejected as it was not a valid one.

Always cold food, even when you ask if it's fresh. Response from manger we will make it fresh and hot never happen

Every time i come here they are either out of several things or machines are down. The stall speakers are terrible. You can't understand half of what they are saying so you have really no idea if they got things right until your order arrives. This place apparently doesn't believe in maintenance. There are tons of other Sonic's in this area that you can go to and get anything and everything you want.

Service takes a long time either intentionally or due to understaffing. We were unable tl order items.waited about 15+ minutes to talk to someone.they refused to serve ice cream 2 hours prior to close. After I pressed the button again to order something else, I got no response after over another 15 minutes. Had to simply leave. Store was less than 1/8th filled.

When on an ice cream date yesterday, I ordered a coconut cream slush and he ordered a strawberry shortcake snowball blast - which I would highly recommend everyone try! Delish!

They make pup cups. After a hot day at the dog park, it's pretty awesome being able to go right down the road and getting a slush for me and a cup for the doggo. I wish Sonic offered this item in the app so I didn't have to place two orders (happy hour in the app for my drink), but it's 4 stars anyway

Picture take April 4 7: 56 PM. Beautiful sunset. I come to this location about three times a week during happy hour to get the happy hour mozzarella sticks and a corn dog. I've yet to figure out why it is so difficult for it to be made fresh? Why would you have mozzarella sticks just sitting back there waiting to be ordered? After 5 minutes they're already hard and gross. Not to mention every time I ask for dim to be made fresh and every time they come out cold so every time I have to return them. Hello food cost is a big thing in a fast food place I used to run Sonic so you think that you would not want that waste by just having the mozzarella sticks and corn dog sitting around. Try making everything fresh.

Foot long chili dog and vanilla shake was bangin'. Fast and efficient service. Happy camper

Friendly, quick service. This is one of the better fast food chains. Inexpensive but they treat customers better than many more expensive restaurants. Food is served hot and drinks are made to order. Special orders are no problem for this Sonic.

Absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever been to. The wait time for a single meal was 45 minutes and they still didn't get it right. There was no adult in sight, so apparently there is no structure at this location.

They put tomato in my chicken sandwich that was ordered with no tomato. The.gave me a replacement. Shake is too thick.
