Worst customer service! I ordered a chilli cheese dog and they gave me chilli cheese tots and when I tried to change it out they gave me a hard time, just ghetto honestly.

The food is made in a appreciative amount of time and the food is worth the wait! And the hospitality is Wonderful and fast. AND ITS SUPER CHEAP!

The only thing I get from sonic is the mango slushie. Its really good. This is busy location. However the service from my experience is still good. Slushes are always a great choice on those hot summer days in Houston.

Did not get all my order and my drinks were mainly filled with ice when i asked little ice.came back spoke with the manager was very kind and was able to get my order corrected.i dont give it the 5 star because of the mistake, waiting in line, and was a very hot day.

This Sonic has the WORST customer service.all I ordered was a drink and it took 15 minutes on a Monday evening.around 725 pm.then on top of that the drink was bland so I asked for more syrup.that took 10 minutes.sad part is that it wasn't crowded AT ALL. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

BADDDDDDDDDD! The people inside were staring at us, and being weird and disrespectful! This is not a drill! Get your life together!

Dislike the location and ramp leading up to the Sonic itself but food is delicious and the workers are super friendly

I enjoyed my experience there. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the entrance and exit are so high that it scratched my front bumper. You are located on a very busy street so it would be really nice if that were fixed.

Worst sonic you can possibly go to. The evening manager is rude as it gets. And this is going multiple times in a week (I drive for postmates in the atea). Your best bet is going to a different location. I promise you’ll be waiting forever to even get to order!

This particular Sonic has probably the most consistently great service and friendliest staff of all Sonics on the west side of Houston. You can tell the manager really cares and takes pride in his establishment. My orders have always come out super fast and the quality has been outstanding (for fast food). I would not hesitate a second to recommend this location.

I love the variety to choose from. Not only that but the food is made greatly. Only problem is the extremely long lines through the drive thru.

This sonic we visited was not real busy but it took a while for our order to be delivered for just two slushies.

They didn't put cheese on my cheeseburger they don't even have a burger without cheese on the menu

Terrible service! Been waiting for over 20 minutes after we pressed the button. They finally responded but I guess they forgot about us now! Stay away from this place!

As fast food goes, this is as good and as fast as it gets. Nothing beats a lemon-berry slush on a hot day. And if that doesn't float your boat, the combinations of flavors of sodas/floats/slushes/shakes is virtually unending.

I guess I should've ordered more than my large Bahama Mama, with ice cream.the car hop was dismissive - and I was offended by the way she passed my drink in, like an afterthought.

I visit sonic a lot. And it's because of their ice. I have a condition and I have to have ice and it's not just any ice but ice from sonic. But this particular location in Houston Texas on airport Blvd and s.w. Freeway off 59 refused to sell me ice on 3 different occasion. Not about their business or customer satisfaction

Takes forever to get order when everyone wants ice cream apparently. Waited 45 minutes! Of course we wanted the ice cream! LOL!

Great place for slushes and ice cream floats. Service was fast after finally got ordered but took a while due to speaker broken.
