6Nothing works here, Sonic has neglected to fix most if not all of their ordering menus and payment services. I just want to swipe my card but none of the machines work, I try a new one every time and as expected it fails. This is another location that this corporation has neglected to care for. They pay slave wages and every single person working here can be seen suffering, while the corporate owners steal their wages and the value they generate. They all need to unionize. It's the only way that people will stop stealing from the workers.
Tots were cold. Got a breakfast burrito with bacon. Barely any bacon. Burrito half the size than it usually is.
Super bad customer service as soon as I pressed the button and someone spoke yelling at me that I had to wait 5 minutes. (I waited more than 10 minutes just for them to take my order, the place was empty) it doesn't matter to wait, but it was totally unnecessary to shout, if you don't know how to work with clients, look for another job.
This Sonic is usually not staffed very well, so you might have a longer wait than you expect. I've also had this store refuse to deliver a pickup order; overall not that good a vibe:/. The one redeeming element is that their food is usually good; they even usually have a working ice cream machine~
Waited at least 5 minutes for someone to answer me or take my order. I understand if they’re busy but they weren’t really. After almost leaving multiple times, this guy finally said something, with his idea of talking to a customer being to whistle at them when they didn’t respond fast enough. Disrespectful
Carhops and ppl are great.but not sure what's going on with their shakes and blast. I ordered a blast from here and asked for Oreo and m&m. What I got was Oreo crumbs and all vanilla ice cream, the shake as well didn't even have Oreos in it. Husband just said it tasted like caramal shake. Anything fried is cool. But their presentations on food not so we'll put. Manager on duty said I could come back tomorrow and get them re made. Couldn't enjoy my visit, considering I just moved in the area. Give them a try again. But get it together guys
