Sonic Drive-In, El Paso TX

I had a long day… I send my husband to get me that new burger sonic is promoting. See my husband likes sonic but I don't due to the fact that the luck of the draw on burgers or hotdogs from sonic are more bad draws than winning draws. The burger was dry with crusty dark spot around the burger as if it was old. It’s shown and described as a grilled cheese with barley any cheese or what happened they reheated this burger several times out if the day. Needless to say I went to bed without eating.

Even though I lived not even 5 minutes WALKING distance from the location on Hondo Pass, I always liked coming to this location. Not only because of all the issues I had with the other location. But the service here at the Dyer location is beyond great. Joseph the Supervisor is always on the lookout to see if everything is good. All the employees are always attentive once you're parked in a stall.

Now to put a cherry on the top of all this, I would like to say thanks to Jorge. Not only do we share names, but his customer service is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now live about 5 minutes driving distance here. So it makes it even better.

The employees at this Sonic are so friendly and helpful. They are efficient and very hardworking.

It's pretty good here haven't had any trouble with my orders The girls seem pretty nice here but the guys look like they're not used to customer interaction but other than that's pretty good here

When I ordered my food I got my French toast sticks without syrup and the ketchup I asked for plus the icing for my breakfast cinnamon order which was both orders. Simple things like this make me not even want to visit any locations

Today I went to Sonic and my ice cream had hair in it my food was cold they took forever to take my order if I could give this 0 stars I would and I'm never ever ever going back to that jail food.

I'm a homeless man, me and my dog Bartholomew. It's very hot out there sometime El Paso Texas and we need to get some ice I ask for somebody's had my own container which is bottom half of a gallon jug I got team miniature miniature glasses of ice e and that was it. But as usual I am very grateful for whatever I can get

Came specifically for a slushy. Slushy machine was broke. There’s no way out of the drive-thru once you are in it so I had to sit there and wait for everyone else before I could leave

I had a good experience with this location because I forgot to order something at the speaker. When I drove up to ask if I could order something I forgot, Damien gladly helped me with what I needed. He didn't make a nasty face or was rude, he was positive with kindness and helped me with courtesy! Thank you, Damien! It was nice to see a happy welcoming person at your window Sonic!

This is a short review. I have only tried the drinks and slushes here but they are just on point. Cherry lime is the best one.

Had a great experience with The Manger Jane, the app was giving me issues with a promo code. She took a look at it and went ahead and took care of it apperceive of the great service and food was good. Onion rings on point. Same goes for the drive through attendee didn't get his name, but gave me no hard time about the app messing up. Quick service very satisfied

Waited almost an HOUR for two small milkshakes, and it wasn’t busy at all. The screen was broken and we were told we’d pay when the hopper came out. Asked three times for an update on our food and we kept getting “it’s coming out now. ” Never showed up.so we left. The worst Sonic I’ve ever been to.

Was nice food and. After spending so long at the hospital waiting for my friend to be released. Was a very good food and fast. So very nice staff for it being so late at night. No rude impatient staff trying to get off they all took time to hear our order and delivered to the car with a smile.
