Avoid this location friends and I came to eat here last night and got extremely sick.we’ve all been throwing up all day!

It's ridiculous that you order something specific then they don't give you correct items and instead of fixing they want to charge you more this location needs work on paying attention

Ordered a couple of items food and drink all of which were pretty good, I also ordered a hickory bbq burger and it had barely a teaspoon of bbq sauce! Gotta do better pebble hills location! This is disappointing

Large blasts were my thing, until they downsized it. Then there's the issue with not getting the amount of sauce packs you requested or chose within limits. I have asked for 5 one time and got 2, then another time asking for 4 and got 3. I've also had issues with the now medium blast being almost 3/4 of the cup instead of being properly filled. First it's downsized, then you have to deal with getting 3/4 of what you paid for. I've had some blasts where it looked like it was eaten from because of how much was missing from it upon receiving it occasionally messy. Other than that, the food is ok but would appreciate the blasts being filled properly especially since it's only limited to medium now.

I had a coupon and was scolded for not providing the number when I ordered. How would we know that this is the procedure? This is not anything I’ve been asked for at other fast food chains when using coupons.

I ordered two burgers different ways. We got home and our ordered were completely wrong. Throughout ordering the guy kept asking if that was it. If he could have just listened to my order instead of rushing me through things, maybe it would have been right.

So, I just had the best sonic burger and tots ever! Burger was perfect on lettuce, tomato, jalapenos. The tots were not salty. Even my drink tasted better than usual! You guys are doing a great job!

Okay, first the blast that I remember was the vanilla snow mix with some ingredient.
Now for me this is just snow with a small spoonful in this case of Oreo on top, a topping is no longer the blast it used to be, at least here in this SONIC they don't do it like that, the truth is I did tell you that it was at the counter and he asked me for them but ps he will return it to me anyway. The truth was one of the things that I liked the most now, the truth is that it is a simple vanilla snow.

Terrible service for door dash orders, never trusting this location again. Always double check your order. Takes them over 10 Mins to verify order even with confirmation codes.

MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER All i ordered was a double bacon cheese burger and they forgot the BACON and one of the patties. Terrible service as well (super rude) and an extremely long wait, I’d understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t. This isn’t the first time my visit went wrong either, but thought this time would be different. I guess not. Definitely do NOT recommend

Sonic Drive-In almost never disappoints me. They have awesome food and even better drinks. Especially this location in specific has great employees and customer service (in my experience), I had problems with some other locations a while ago, but this location is way better!

(Meal suggestion, my main is just a cheeseburger, fries, and ocean water. Almost never disappoints as stated at the beginning)

My wife wanted some ice cream. The blast are well worth the price. We got a small thinking they were the same size as other places. But we were amazed at the size and flavor. She couldn't eat the whole thing.

I really can’t believe I keep giving this business a chance. Every time I come here they always screw something up from missing items to employees yelling at my wife.

Ordered cheeseburgers & tutorials tots. We came home & both of us got sick within a few hours! We ask for ketchup & salt & had to go up to window to get it after food was already brought to car. Come on guys, check your food! Something was really wrong. Tired of paying for bad food & getting sick. Service also was terrible. What is the manager getting paid for? Do your job!

The grand kids like this ice cream, But I asked for a double #6 burger and it tasted as ugly as burger King, WHATABURGER is still #1

I have never left a bad review before but yall… my drink had a dead fly kn it after the food took 40 minutes.km beyond discusted.

The app is great for getting half price drinks. Stay away from the area after school lets out, it's a nightmare.
