This sonic has great staff including managers they are hard workers and they go above and beyond and always strive to get there orders out on time even when there are in a rush thank you owner sam have blessed day

Usually order online & always have to wait at least 10 minutes longer than I am told, which I usually don't have a problem with. I understand things can be hectic I also work in the food industry, BUT when I order ahead, wait 10 minutes just to see my order is wrong. Then have to wait another 10 minutes for it to be wrong again. That's where they mess up. Ordered 2 of the same exact meal. Got 1 meal the first time, told them I'm missing a whole meal, showed them the receipt i asked for and what i ordered online &Told me it would be 8 minutes. I said that's fine. They opened the window said "thanks ma'am" i Waited just to recieve my entree. Not the side or drink that it came with. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift and just wanted to go home so I said screw it. And left.

Ordered on the App. Usually just drive up and pick up our order. Had to wait several minutes. Just ordered cold coffee which was great. Service could use a little work. Overall satisfied.

Hey owner of this sonic, why don't you stop apologizing and actually fix your restaurant. It's an embarrassment.

Spent 50 bucks to not receive two orders of moz sticks, a large drink, didn’t give us the right sized straws, downsized half out meals to mediums after asking for large.ridiculous

The manger Montana and the workers there are great and hard working, can’t forget the gm ashlee she is the best she is very hardworking and nice

I believe it’s the guy manager who works the front he is very rude to the customers and always has a stank attitude when taking orders

We just moved here and the ladies that work here (Ashley and Ashley) are so awesome! The food is always hot and fresh, the cold brew coffee is delicious, and the service is quick and polite every time! Thank you for making my mornings awesome!

The Sonic is always a good standby you know no complaints and you got a wide variety on the menu

Orders wrong everytime we go! Long drive thru wait. Last trip was 45 min. Have to drive to Cresson for correct/timely orders.

Absolutely disgusting! I was eating in between calls on my shift and glad I looked at the sandwich! How do you manage to cook a fly into it and not even notice!? This location should be ashamed! Fortunately, I haven't had any issues with previous orders other than receiving a size small order and being charged a medium which I let go.this however, is unacceptable.

Ordered a grilled cheese and it wasn’t one? This isn’t the first time this has happened at this sonic.

I went to the Godley Sonic drive thru ordered 9 corn dogs, 2 small tots, 1 large total, a side of chili and a side of cheese. They gave me only two bags with my food in it. When I got home the tots were missing. I tried calling several times to get ahold of the store and nobody answered. The order was over $30 and I didn't even get everything. Definitely not returning to this store again.

I try to avoid this one simply because they are slow as molasses on a cold Montana day. It takes forever to get you food and 85% of the time it's wrong. The jalapeno peppers are amazing though when cooked correctly, this again is a hit or miss thing. There is one person there that is always friendly and on his game. His name is Alex, I think. His friendliness overpowers the sonic suck for me.

I clearly ask for a kids plain cheese burger and median tots and medium French fries
And what I got was two medium tots and this nasty cheese burger that supposed to be plain

Not only did they first forget the m&m blast this is what they gave us, half filled cup! Oh and bonus, no spoons. Do better Sonic!
