Horrible service. They are always slow and half the time our drinks are wrong. Or they don't have Ice Cream

I think the service is great took their time to repeat my order twice and got it right and even gave us extra for free

These red bull slushes are the bomb dot com. The flavor of ocean water n the watermelon redbull is a tasty treat

I come to this location regularly. Initially I hated it because my order was always wrong and the service was slow and inconsistent. I got the sonic app and I started ordering with the app and my order was never wrong again. The app has also been giving the happy hour drinks price all day. Perfect win! The service seems faster too. Now I don't hesitate to order here anymore and everybody is happy. I can now honestly highly recommend this place but I will specify that using the app is highly suggested.

I ordered ahead on the app and waited 30 mins for a small Sonic blast ice cream. This wasn’t the first time I waited a long time for a small order placed ahead of time either.

I went to this Sonoc because it was the cosest but I don't think I will again. My burger was cooked so black that I wouldn't feed it to a dog and half way through my tots I found something that looked like it had been scraped off the fryer. Now of course I didn't notice until I got home and I wasn't about to go back. Especially since my car almost bottomed out in the pothole in the parking lot. To their credit the service was fast and friendly and the Reseeses blast was pretty good.

OMG they take FOREVER I live near by so I do go often. One of the slowest places! I only ordered 2 sonic blasts.been here for 20 min. And it's always the same story. I think I'm not coming back. Learn from chick fil A guys.

A worker there by the name of chris was very good and courteous and respectful.i have high praise for this young man

Rarely get decent service. Always end up waiting more than 15 min to get a simple order done. Not cheap unless you get something on special. Mediocre at best.

Shakes are great, service not so much. This drive-thru is glacial. There could he one car or 5, it always seems to take over 10 minutes to get your order.

Never impressed with Sonic. This one is better than most.but I have still had bad experiences there. The one thing they do well is the Sonic Blasts and slushes so I keep my visit to only getting those

Make sure to tell these folks how they need to assemble your burger. And triple check your order, they have an issue counting to two at this location. Quality control isn't something that should be missed, even if it's fast food.

This sonic needs help. They never have enough people working when we go. We waited for 15 min for our food until we finally just left.

Order came out quickly. Next day, I checked my bank account and they charged my card twice. I called and spoke with someone who identified himself as the manager. No apologies. He said he'll "look into when he gets to it. " He said he's "too busy right now. " Checked my account again the next day, and called my bank. They have yet to return my money. Now, they won't even answer my call.

We waited nearly 30 min for 2 drinks. And we re ordered TWICE!
What upset my 10 year old son even more was the police officer who waited and waited and waited an d left without his order. My son said " he protects us, he should be important.he needed to eat. "

I have lots of time to write this, because I’ve been waiting 25 minutes just to order my food — 15 in the stall, and now another 10 in the drive-through, where I moved after no one took my order. I am at the speaker, not waiting in a long line. As for the quality of the food, I may never get the chance to find out.

Forgot 2 large fries, 1 medium fry, ranch and messed up our sonic blast with the wrong mix in. When we came back to get the problems fixed we also noticed we had no receipt. (Which is usually stuck on a bag or cup with a sonic sticker) So the employees refused to fix our order because we had no receipt. Which again was not given to us.

I don't think they change the oil as often as they should because I was nauseous within 30 minutes it tasted decent though

They take forever and sometimes they even forget about you or your order. Probably the worst Sonic I've ever been to.

I come here late in the evening just to get a drink and food. Nothing to complicated. I waited a good 15-20 min, got my food. At this time I was tired didn’t pay attention (my bad) almost half way down the road. I realized I didn’t get my drink. Go back and and asked for my drink that they forgot, and they said I had never ordered it. Even though they repeated my order to me and I still had to re-pay for my drink. Never going back.
