27Absolutley worst. Drive thu girl was so rude.was first parked and they never took order.so went through drive thru.she was rude and I wasn't even suprised when I was told the cheese cake float was out.lol.why advertise if u don't have to serve. Sonic has really gone down.sad
This location has really started to go downhill. I come here atleast once a week and recently they’ve been closing the parking stalls early sometimes even as early as 8: 00 and forcing you to go through the drive through. Multiple times they have also gotten my order wrong recently. Used to be a great location.
Horrible service.the manager took forever and I wanted to use the restroom and she said that the restrooms are not for the public.really. When I was going to order they took forever to get my order, so I decided to leave.
Food is always good but lately we have had to put up with bad service and bad attitudes from emplyees.
As soon as we drive up to the window and it was opened, we were hit with the foul odor of the rotten grease. This was Marbach Sonic. I'm not a big fan of Sonic but love their pretzels. Yum. My daughter ordered fries for my grandchildren. I'm sure you can understand being at a fast food place with your children and not at least getting them fries. While on the way home we gave the babies a couple of fries each. When we got there, they refused to eat any. A little surprised, but not really. So you can imagine how bad they must have tasted if the children didn't want the rest of them.
I was blessed with my pretzel though, it was delicious!
I was very disappointed as Sonic has gone down. I ordered a double jalapeno burger and for some reason it was mushy and bun wasn't as fresh as usual. Ordered chicken strips for my two pups and they were so over cooked that I had to pull off the breading and what was left was a dried piece of chicken. I used to love this place but will pass from now on.
I live down the street on Horal but i will never ever go there! Every time that i went there they took forever to take my order and for ever to bring my meal and then still got it wrong! I kept going back and giving them the benefit of the doubt but its like they perposely do it so you dont come back.horrible experience! I hate even giving them a star.they dont deserve it!
I Went Today and I Ordered A shake, I Went To The Window and They Handed Me Someone Else Order. Then I Let Them Know and They Took It Back Inside Their Window. Which Is A No No. Also They Charged Me For My Order and Then After Charging Me They Told Me Their Was No Whip Cream. I Wis They Told Me Before Because Then I Wouldn't Have Ordered It. I Don't Go Very Often To This Sonic, I Only Go To See If The Experience Would Be Different, But Everytime I Go They Always Get Something Wrong.
We went in for simple treat for out kids, milkshakes 4 total took them over 20 min to get them to us. Then when we received our order it was all wrong, then it took an extra 15 min to get them back. Not one person cared that we had spent almost an hr just for 4 shakes. We will definitely not be going back, it was our first time visiting this location and last.
Horrible customer service and didn't even want to give me what came with the meal as if it was gonna come out of their own paycheck
Waited for 20 min and they still Messed up on my order, I called ahead and they said they would be making it right away and they will have it ready. I got there and I waited another day 20 just for them not to have ready. So after I wanted just my refund and they were arguing stating that they had given me the new order when in fact they never did!
1st and foremost I sat at the drive up press the button waited for 15 minutes no one answered me when to another slot press the button waited there for 10 minutes nobody answered so I decided to call the restaurant no 1 picked out call that back 10 minutes later finally someone picked up I asked how come no 1 was tending to the customers and the lady didn't have a reason I find this very unprofessional and I will not be returning
Went through drive thru and no one ever answered. After 10 mins I drove the window and employees were standing around playing with their phones. Finally had my order placed, young lady writes everything down and I get home to only find out order was done wrong.
Always have bad experiences at this location. Ordered a kid's meal: they rang it up all separately so that not only was it not a kid's meal but it cost over $7. Couldn't even eat food because it tasted so old. Service is extremely slow. Won't be returning here. Go to the Potranco location instead.
Pretty much like any other sonic. I dont come here for anything aside from the awesome shakes, but this one often times will have a machine issue
The people that work here are obviously not happy employees and I don't think they are trained properly because the service is terrible the food is thrown together cold. There are plenty of other Sonic's to go to in San Antonio, I hope the newest one is an improvement.
The staff is very unprofessional especially at night a bunch of kids with no direction. I saw them get into an actual fight at the drive through window and they "accidentally" for got to give me my change and still get my order wrong. I suggest making the extra drive to the one on valley hi
Bad service, always gets orders wrong g ALWAYS SMH slushes are not mixed right fried food taste like chicken, fish an idk what else do not recommend
New store old equipment. Bad stall at #15 two different times bad experience with systems. I'm done with the bad intercom. You should have updated the system over the building.
I used to come here really often. Too bad they changed the menu recently. No more chiabbata bread ok the menu. The new crispy chicken lost quality. I’ll think twice before ordering the chicken sandwich again.
