Sonic Drive-In, Houston TX

I love going to sonic but this time I was very disappointed. It took them over 25 minutes to prepare two diet cherry limeades. When I asked about our drinks the lady just ignored me. That's the last time I'm going to that sonic on hwy. 6 in Copperfield. I rather go somewhere else.

I have ordered food here in the past and it would be at least good enough to tolerate now I’m upset. There is something extremely wrong with this location! I have ordered an icecream blast every opportunity I get and they NEVER put enough ingredients into my icecream. And even if I ask for extra it’s still not sufficient enough. I could order for at least 3 different ingredients and it would just sit on the top like it was dropped on there and don’t bother to add a single scoop throughout the rest of the cup! I used to come here as a kid never had an issue. I used to work here at one time and I’m WELL AWARE how much is supposed to be put ALLL of the icecream blasts. This place is expensive enough as it is and they have the nerve to cut back even though I paid for more! I will never come to this location again. I will never recommend this location again. I’m pretty sure the people who work here don’t care, but I’ve about had it with Sonic as a whole. The quality they try to serve people whether it be food or dessert for the same price and cut back and lower its standards of product says they care more about profit then they care about customers. Well that’s fine. Because at the rate this location alone is going you will continue to LOSE customers. I’m surprised the location is even still open. I can’t wait until they close this restaurant location for the highway robbery and stingy service they have the nerve to “sell” for.

Absolutely delicious the food is always I mean always fresh & hot at this location. The staff are polite & professional Thank you everyone

Food was a little slow to get out but the attendant had a cherry disposition and made up for the long wait

Ordered food from this place.looked good at first then a freaking hair under the hot dog made me throw up it's nasty but you really tried better I'm wearing nets so this won't happen again

Ocean water was just carbonated water the popcorn chicken was just fried bread not any chicken meat and they gave me half of potato tots and half of popcorn chicken

Waited 45 minutes for our small order and they forgot our order once also got one really nasty cherry limeade

Every time we come to this location the service is sub par and the food is prepared lime they’re having a party inside the kitchen. I do NOT recommend this location under any circumstances. We’ve lived in this area for a long time and this place has consistently been terrible.

I always get excellent service at this Sonic. In and out quickly and the staff is very friendly.

Stopped in for a cold drink and small bite. Nothing more refreshing on a hot day than an icy Sonic drink. Service was fast and pleasant.

Always open late. Ice cream machine ain't EVA broke! Food is always good and orders correct. Best Sonic drive-In around the area!

Disgusted with the tater tot’s that were given to me because the really old and I found some here in them so y’all are nasty Highway six

Food is very good here. I definitely recommend coming for large drinks before 10: 00 at a dollar. Also half price drinks from 2 to 4 and their happy hour are really good. Also come on Tuesday evenings, half-price Burgers as fun. And throughout the summer time there's always a half-price shake at every Sonic.

Orders are usually wrong.order strawberry limeade and end up with strawberry slush.will stop going to this sonic.

Food is always good but you didn't give me my sauce after asking what sauce I want. That's very annoying. Or utensils? Y'all were definitely over staffed for the business I saw, no reason to forget sauce.

I just like sonic for their foot longs and tator tots, the wings have sauce that is overpowering and burgers are great and big.

Normally they're great, but this last time I went they got my order completely wrong. 3 times. I thought "Surely this time it isn't messed up! " And I still came home with the wrong food. And wrong sized drink. Really disappointed right now.

This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been to! Will never come again! I sat in my car for almost 10 minutes waiting to order. I drove off. Horrible.

Slow service and broken screens, but the location is convenient for me and the milkshakes are good so I will continue to frequent. - Honest Review -
