I was excited about getting these procedures done: under chin fat removal, waist slimming, and excess skin removal. " I was DISAPPOINTED on the results: the under chin fat removal is ugly (lopsided), waist slimming again is (lopsided), and the removal of excess skin is again (LOPSIDED)! " I have gone back to speak with the doctor and he wanted me to go to his private practice to get this fixed! So he wants me to pay MORE money for this when this should have been done correctly the First time!
I went again to speak with the doctor at Sono Bello and discussed my concerns and his response was he doesn't see anything wrong. People who know me and has seen me since having these procedures done say they messed up Big time! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

First of all, I would like to say that Dr. Stapenhorst has an amazing, professional, matter-of-fact, bedside manner. My Sono Bello experience was the first time in twenty years that I felt comfortable talking about my body image issues with anyone, especially anyone male. He consistently responds to me in an objective tone that makes me feel worthy of this "overhaul. "
But my first point of contact at the office was with Kenny, a kind and open-minded person that is both humorous and tasteful. Not only is Kenny really great, the entire office staff is extremely efficient and friendly. All of my post-op emails come to my inbox on time and are informative and helpful. All of my phone calls and questions are answered in a timely and professional manner; I never feel uncomfortable or as if I am communicating too often; my questions are always answered in detail. I have an entire list of good nurses; too many to mention here. Jasmine, one of the nurses I see quite often, makes me feel safe and comfortable because of her professional demeanor. The first person to take my measurements and discuss the procedures with me, Jakia, helped me decide on the best way to proceed financially. I have no regrets, no sticker shock, and I am certain I received the best possible deal. I want to thank everyone at Sono Bello Houston for helping me begin my Golden Years with this physical overhaul. I am looking forward to a new, healthier life. I am looking forward to a more productive and prosperous career because of this procedure. I am grateful to everyone at Sono Bello.

I just want to thank everyone at Solobello Houston for helping me change my life for the better. From the first time I walked in they made me feel comfortable about being there. I first met Trina and I explained the areas that I wanted to improve upon. And, she really understood with using pictures of other people. I had my procedure done 6/21 And it was the worst pain I’ve experienced. I was told it was minimal to zero pain but when the dr got started thwy injected me with the numbing agent but immediately got started. I FELT EVERYTHING.this was the most traumatizing experience and the dr even asked while jabbing me with the instrument “WHY DID I CHOOSE THIS IF I COULDNT HANDLE IT? ” and my only answer to that is THIS WAS DESCRIBED TO ME AS PAINLESS! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I also have hard spots in my lower and upper abdomen that make my stomach look lumpy.

I had waist, abdominal, and back done June of 2021. I also was told it would not be very painful during the procedure and they lied! It was excruciating pain and burning. The dr would not stop for the burning to subside and when she injected the numbing agent under my skin I cried the entire time it hurt so bad. Also, during the procedure there were other men and women nurses and doctors coming in while I was exposed and fully naked. I am not happy with my results ortho procedure and do NOT recommend this facility

Don’t get me wrong, the staff is fantastic, but the rest of the experience is not. I was told I’d be in a comfortable state and not remember much of the procedure. I can tell you, I remembered everything and it was PAINFUL. Thanks for that stress ball. No help at all. Doctor was forceful and not a caring person. I felt that I was just a check box on his day. I got some results, but the scar tissue left over is worse than the fat from before. I’m at the gym 3-5 days a week and thought this would help. It did not. I also have permanent scars from the procedure that are still obvious after over a year and a half. Don’t do it.

My experience was a very pleasant one beginning with my first interaction with Majik Reed/Patient Care Coordinator. She is very professional and polite and alleviated all my fears about the procedure. She is knowledgeable about the services and answered all my questions. Special thanks to Dr Stapenhorst and my care team of Nurses who exceeded my expectations. Would recommend 100%.

My experience at SB in Houston, Texas was STELAR! Had my procedure 08/11. Had 4 areas done, the upper abs, lower abs, waist, and hips. I've gone from a size 10 to size 8, and that’s just 2 weeks postop. I can’t wait to see how much smaller my waist will be in the coming months.

From my initial appointment walking through the door Kenny, and Michael W.were both professional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My initial first appointment with PCC, Majik, was both informative and thorough. She answered all my questions during the consult and responded back to me quickly by email. I explained how important it was for me to have a surgeon with good bedside manners. She made several recommendations, but setup my preop appointment with Dr. Madjidi. I needed to have this procedure done sooner and she made it happen. At no time did she try to convince me to have other areas done, and I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me other procedures. She was professional and fantastic.

Wow! I can’t begin to say what a wonderful surgeon Dr. Madiji was. She was personable, empathetic, professional and has great bedside man bars. She took the time to inform me about the procedures, answered all my questions (and there were many), and made me feel comfortable enough to move forward. We even discussed pros and cons of certain areas I wanted treated. She was honest about what I should expect, and even made a recommendation on switching treatment location on another area I initially wanted done. I’m glad I went with her recommendation, because I am very pleased so far with the outcome. I am so pleased Majik recommend her because my experience with her was amazing. I’m already seeing amazing results and I’m just 2 weeks postop.

My nurses, Veronica, and Don were both kind, informative, and practically held my hand through the entire process. Don spoke to me during the procedure as did Dr. Madiji in letting me know what they were doing, what areas were being treated, and asking if at anytime I felt any discomfort to let them know. My Nurse Veronica provided me with the postop information and explained what to expect the first and second week. I saw Veronica at my 1st week appointment and she was charismatic, asked how I was feeling and provided information and tips during my recovery and beyond my 1st.

I want to do a few more areas and I 100% recommend this place. The next areas will be the upper and lower back and bra rolls. Looking forward to my transformation and choosing SB Bellaire was the best decision ever. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. Madjidi for their professionalism and wonderful experience.

I had Laser Lipo of the Upper/Lower Abs and Waist. I want start by saying if you are considering a life changing experience, Sono Bello Houston is it. I had to opportunity to interact with all Front Desk staff- Amelia, Jakia, Kenny all were dressed runway ready, curtious, helpful and friendly.

My PCC- Trina made me feel like I was talking to one of my homegirls from way back. She did not try to upsale as I thought I needed more areas. Plus she made it her mission to extend all offers I could take advantage of.

Dr. Madjidi was amazing. Her bedside manner was all I expected plus more. She was straight to the point, answered all my questions and even shared a laugh with me which was pleasing and made me feel that more comfortable at my PostOp appointment. Day of surgery I was not nervous at all. My nurse Moneisha kept me informed on my blood pressure as it was important for me to keep track. I told jokes, sang and even shared a few quotes or two. I was awake the entire procedure. I did feel some pressure yet Dr Madjudi talked me through all that I would potentially feel and what she was doing. Perfection!

I met or talked to all of the Nurses: Don, Jasmine, Marcela, Dawn, Cori, Moneisha, Bryan, Amber who answered before and after questions without hesitation. They make Sono Bello Houston a great experience. I crossed paths with both RN's Kat and Veronica who were excited for me the day of my surgery. Thank you.

I spoke with CM- Adrien as there was a delay in my package. She made sure that she would get me my garmet and I had nothing to worry about. She did just what she said. I met the PM- Michael at my follow up visit and he was the icing on the cake. He was extremely personable acknowledging me by name. He informed me he received a document via email and he was personally going to have my doctor review it. He called me with updates. I truly appreciate him going the extra mile to show I was not just another patient but another success story.

I am on my way to a healthier lifestyle, feeling great. Thank you Houston Sono Bello for proving I AM WORTH IT!

The Majik Reed, The patient consultant, is very knowledgeable of all the procedures and she had me well-prepared for my pre-op visit. Update: 7/13/2021 so it has been a little over three months since my procedure. However, I am totally unhappy with the procedure, the office staff, and especially the plastic surgeon Dr. Madjida, who has refused to give me a call or to even see me even though she is the plastic surgeon who did my surgery. But you’ll charge me $7300 and you wanna keep telling me when I call THAT ‘we handle her phone calls and our policy states that we usually deal with the patient. ’ WHAT? ! First of all, Jasmine and other office personnel, YOU ARE not medically qualified and number two I’m her patient. She HAS TO speak to me but since she has allowed her office staff to block me from speaking with her which is “my right as a patient, ” I am making a formal complaint with the “Texas MEDICAL BOARD” regarding SonoBello and this surgeon!

These people are totally amazing! They are very knowledgeable and have a great sense of humor. Ask Trina, she is the best! Everyone was very sweet and they will clarify any doubt you have. Dr. Atun was also great! Very encouraging and made my surgery fast and was aware of any pain. Jasmine was very supportive and laugh at my jokes like Trina. That made me feel great! Some members of my family are doing this too! I will totally recommend this.

Terrible! I went for liposuction on upper abdomen, waist, and lower abdomen. Turned out lumpy all over. He was supposed to work on 3 areas putting 5-6 incisions. He put 2 incisions on lower area and only worked from there to remove the fat cells. I’m going to have to have revision surgery done at a reputable place. Sono Bello is awful I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone quite frankly I should’ve brought them to court and demanded my $5000 back! AWFUL!

As far as the medical staff goes they were nice. As far as the so called " consultant", she is paid to lie to you. She has no medical training or know how and only cares about her commission. The little to no down time is by. She told me I would notice an immediate change, again another lie. It gas been nearly a week now and each day the pain gets worse and still no results except a little off my sides. In the beginning I was so excited to do feeling like it was my last hope. BIG MISTAKE. Nothing was explained to me how excruciating painful the procedure was going to be. Although my dr was very friendly she did not explain also how painful the procedure was going to be. And in my opinion the sales consultant is more like a used car sale, even stepping out of the room saying she is going " talk " with her manager to see what she could do for me. Pathetic, playing on someone's feelings the way they do. Going to cry myself to sleep again due to physical and emotional pain.

I was so nervous and skeptical about having this surgery until my consultation with Trina in the Houston office. She assured me that I would be satisfied and I AM. It's only been three months and I look amazing! My boyfriend looked at me about a month after surgery and said "you look amazing! "
