Sonrise Shelter reviews
8That Pastor is not who he say he is. That man is mean-spirited and he definitely does not serve the God I know and love. Also if you are apart of the LGBTQ+ community don't go here they'll say they are LGBT friendly but that couldn't be any further from the truth.
Was informed by people on the street that this is a drug facility where staff sell drugs to clients and they only help you if you have a disability check and if you have a disability check they take it from you and use it to buy drugs
The pastor if you can call him that deliberately takes advantage of people, they are specifically looking for people with disability checks, mental issues, Or drug addicts, it's about time the government. The news the media check him out. I hope he goes down for this. They are extremely dirty. They will not help you. And they try to charge you $500. Or they just plain tell you get out && This is not an emergency shelter. BUFORD IS doing this for monetary gain and hes on the news trying to save face.he is Disgusting And so is Maxine and Gigi his accomplices.
A horrible place to stay. Maxine was rude, and a downright bully, threatening children and adults alike. She was staff. The pastor, if you can call him that, yelled at his sweet pitbull, whom tried to protect me from his so called master. All in all do not go there, do not let anyone send you there. Hopefully it stays closed for good.
It's about time look at these reviews he's been doing this for a long time now he on the news talking about he needed a little bit more time
Dangerous, unsafe boarding home omg, it's about time this place has closed. There shouldn't be ex-convicts, drug users, and families with children living in this facility. This pastor is irresponsible and the few homeless people I've met have had their social security checks taken away from them in order to be given a room to stay in with only slop as food for a meal while rat infestation happens. I would like to see this place rebuilt with a new owner because he has gotten away with this for too long. All the crying and explaining he is currently giving the news reporter is just slowing the process down in reference to his wife getting rid of everything at their home address in which I hope the police have a warrant to search for documents including information from the homeless people. Please give each person a chance to tell their story if they're not scared.
Don't come here looking for assistance and definitely don't call they were extremely rude and continued to hang up on me and refused to answer basic questions such as how often are beds available and how to get a verification letter the horrible customer service I received were from Jasmine and Dr. Bedford who yelled at one point and also hung up on me without answering he told me to call 211 instead I'm am disgusted with SONRISE SHELTER nobody deserves to be spoken to or treated the way they treated me I hope they are both fired or learn how to give customer service and treat people better they don't even deserve one star
