I would just like to say hands down this is the most comfortable and welcoming staff iv ever worked with especially jose, he was very understanding and open to all the questions I asked and was very easy to talk to overall the whole place is beautiful and the staff really seem to care about there tenants!

Thanks to Brian for doing an amazing job of making my leasing process smooth despite my unique situation, even with all the “pains” of moving I had a great leasing experience. He made us feel right at home from the very start, welcomed my fur baby and I, and worked hard to get us in our home as soon as possible. I appreciate the welcoming environment and patience from all the office staff who are working hard. They answered all questions I had, made sure my fur baby and I were taken care of, even had doggy treats and offered to let us sit in a separate room to do paperwork. All in all they made the whole process smooth and accessible for us and we’re excited to be home!

I spoke with Brian for my immediate move in. He was super sweet and helpful. Updated me throughout the whole process and never left me in the dark. Absolutely wonderful!

The management and corporate are the worst. They have all these extra fees for “amenities” that supposedly are included.they charge 100$ for Internet that you are forced to buy with them. Trying to deal with the fees they will avoid your calls or hang up on you. There have minimal parking spaces and they have a towing company roaming every night towing people’s cars especially your visitors. They are extremely unprofessional people. Don’t live here!

I came in to check out a place for my mom before she came out so I knew she wouldn't get taken advantage of. I came in and explained to a young lady named Kayla what I was there for and what not, and without missing a beat she had me on the phone talking to mom ready to get her in her new home. She was incredibly patient with my mother, but kept the conversation moving and never once felt rushed. The apartments themselves were pretty, updated, and seemed well kept. I had no qualms with how anything looked. I can't express enough how much I appreciated Kayla and the compassion she showed us. I will recomend these apartments to anyone I know looking for a place to call HOME.

We just moved in yesterday and I have to say my experience so far has been great. Renae has been our main go to person throughout this whole process, and she’s been extremely helpful. She gave us our initial tour of a one bedroom one bath unit, and we let her know at the end we were very interested in the same one with a yard. As soon as that unit became available we were the first to know. We’re so happy we got everything we want in our apartment. This place is super dog friendly, with its very own dog park and walking trail alongside the complex. Oh and the pool is absolutely beautiful. We are loving it!

Jose was great! Very social and answered all our questions. He definitely went above and beyond!

I inquired about this property and have been pleasantly surprised by the amazing communication. We went in and Jose took us for a tour of the property and answered all of my questions during and after the tour. He has continued great communication through this process and is making it as easy as possible which I appreciate.

What an amazing experience! Customer service was the best I've had in all of San Antonio, and what a safe place! Jose was a wonderful help!

Viewed this property today and Renae was such a dear, we brought our ESA who is still in training and she was so kind to him and accommodating. The dog park and yards are definitely a selling point for us.

Just recently toured with my friend, and the staff is so friendly and communicative. Jose helped us tour and he was really informative and kind! The apartment complex is great quality and has a lot of benefits like the poolside, gaming room, and gym!

Jose was great! He made sure to check all our boxes for an ideal place of our own. Helped us right away and showed us around the complex! Even helped us get the perfect apartment to apply for on the spot! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality:)

Jose was a great guide in our process of viewing these apartments and figuring out what was best for our needs. He took the time to really listen and ask questions about what we were looking for in our new space. His personable and friendly manner helped put us at ease especially since this was our first time applying for an apartment. I highly recommend asking for Jose if anyone is interested in touring and applying for an apartment within this complex!:)
