Sora Medical Clinic, Allen TX

Terrible service! Got a Covid test at 4 PM and she said she would email me results at 4: 30. I couldn’t return to work without the results, so I waited there. At 4: 50 I decided to go to the office and see what was going on, and the door was locked. I waited out back for the staff to come out, they swore they sent it to me, but could not walk back inside to get them since I had not received in the email.she verbally told me I was negative. Not to mention the nurse who did the swab only swabbed the bottom part of my nose. Didn’t go all the way back. They were sure to collect my money up front, but didn’t come through with results. Do not recommend!

Trish (Staff member) who did my tests and Anna Beheshti (PAC) who did my check up were really nice.no complains at all for them. They listened, explained and provided the care needed. Full five stars for them. However, my complain is how i was charged and was not made clear. I was charged for Physician Visit for appointment with Dr. Rabia Khan. If she was not available and I was to be seen by PAC then i should be notified and charged for PAC vist not for Physician as they are two different certified professionals and you can not charge same. PAC at the location is amazing no doubt (thats why overall 2 star else would have given 0) but office charging saying physician is not fair and is misleading. Overall disapppinted due to this.

Used to be a good quick PCP. Now there is little to no communication, no refill policy, must call to get refills instead of them responding to pharmacy, "call back in an hour, " no response for days after leaving phone messages and email. VERY disappointing. Will be moving records somewhere else.

Was a regular patient when this place was Sora lilly.always had a great experience. Always fast and friendly. Now even with an appointment you’ll be here all day. Prices are higher and the service is less. Really disappointed

Disgusting. It looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in days. There was about 5 or more girls working there when I went, only one treated me with professionalism once I was walking out of the door. I wouldn’t go back even if I was forced.

Very good doctors, and exceptionally affordable.
I've been to several other clinics in the area, and none were as friendly or professional.
Every member of their staff was wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and affordable care.

I had an urgent medical issue on a Sunday and this clinic was open. I walked in and there was no wait! The staff was lovely and very sweet. Dr. Frye is amazing, highly educated and talks in a way that is easy to understand. The cash prices were extremely affordable and I highly reccommend!

Great staff. Provide great medical attention. Would definitely come back and recommend anyone to get tested at Sora.

I've been to many different medical offices over the years.and I can honestly say you can't do any better than Sora med group and their excellent group of doctors and staff. The physician team is quite knowledgeable and you will not be processed like a number. HIGHLY recommended.

Great place. Very friendly and welcoming. Had an issue with payment their papers clearly state you can pay the balance on a later date with a fee added of course, but they seemed shocked when that was pointed out. Overall it was a good experience and would go back in the future

We visited this place for one our family needs. We received wonderful service. Dr. Hellman was really good, quick and thorough. Answered all our questions and was very patient with us.

Dr. Frye and the whole staff were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and down to earth. It was like talking to a friend she made me feel very comfortable.

Best Doctor ever. Dr. Frye is very Kind and carrying. She has qualities that your rarely find in Doctors these days. Very knowledgeable, motivated and really wants to help in anyway she can. I am blessed to meet her. She is officially our new primary doctor. Thanks Doctor Frye.

Despite of appointment, i had to wait 35 minutes which was an unexpected and unwelcome experience. Other than that the entire experience was great.
