Service was fast yeah, but some one 500 unlock a truck and getting only zelle or venmo for payment option then having it got to a different company name its super sketch the guy held onto the key as if Im not gonna pay left a bad taste i got buyers remorse on this service out I wish I would have called around more but was in a pinch for time

Had a horrible experience with this company. I was told a technician would be out at 6: 30pm. No one showed up so I called at 6: 45pm and the technician told me, "oh they passed you on to someone else". I call dispatch for the second time and they tell me they will push my info through. 30 minutes go by and I still do not receive a call from the technician so I call dispatch again. I called 4 times asking for an eta and never got one. I canceled and used a different company.

Saar, the locksmith, changed out all the locks at my automotive shop. He was very quick and the work is high quality! Highly recommend!

It cost wayyyyy too much for what it is. Originally needed two doors done, one front door, one double set of garage doors (lock & double handle). I provided my own locks for both and the technician changed out my old lock for a new one, nothing crazy, and could not do my second set of doors. Yet the service call fee was $70, and the labor was $250. Thats $320 for ONE SINGLE residential front door lock (and you pay via Zelle or Venmo only…). I only chose them because they said they’d be able to put on a lock for my double door garage, whereas another place I called said they could not (dfwlocksmith quoted $150 for labor and change of lock on 2 doors… way less than SOS, and they both have technicians sent out quickly - go with them). The technician ended up breaking the lock for my double door set, and then suggested “I look handy” and could probably do it myself… I wouldn’t have called professionals if I could do it myself! Im NOT handy, which is why I called professionals, and if they can’t even do it, why suggest that I can when that’s what I called them to do?

All in all, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, and demand a quote first! (I demanded a quote first but they refused to give it until the work was started during what I thought was just a labor evaluation). So honestly, even if desperate, there are tons of other companies in the Dfw area that offer 24/7 locksmith services and don’t operate shady and inconsistent with pricing - use those instead! The 1 star is strictly for how they can send someone out quickly… again, no different from other 24/7 locksmith places in the area though…

Emergency locksmith service. Way out of line on price. Told me one price. Then add $56.00 or extra charges.

$330 to unlock my truck!? Technician showed up decently fast (30-35min) on a Tuesday at 4pm. When we were given a quote over the phone we were told “the service fee is$35 but we will have to see the vehicle before giving a full price”. AFTER the guy unlocked my truck he told me it would be $330. $35 service fee, $95 labor fee and & flat fee of $200 for a truck. The guy knew the vehicle he was unlocking would be a truck so why would you quote $35 and act like you have no idea of any other fees and assessing the situation. That price is completely outrageous.you a different company!

Great fast service! Took about a little over an hour from the time we called until the car was unlocked! Definitely saved the company to my contacts in case they are ever needed again but hopefully they won't be!

Took advantage of my young niece and charged her over $300.00 to unlock her truck. She had left the keys in it. I called and tried to get this resolved, but no one would help.

Saar is a scam artist. When you call it is cheap, when he gets there it is 3x the price. These reviews are all bots.

Spoke with them earlier this week and set up an appointment for today at 4pm. They no showed. No call, no text, nothing. Wasted my time & I will never use them for anything because of that.

Edit in reply to the below reply: Yea, nice try. I had my phone with me all day. I needed service so why wouldn't I have answered. There is thing called Caller ID and I have NO missed calls that day.

I would like to send a big shout out to Mr. Rueben! He can to our job and got my co-workers trunk open when we couldn't get it open after 2 hours of trying. I would recommend him 100% to all in the Dfw area! Great attitude, even greater work! Such a blessing! Thanks again my guy. You will be getting more business from us here at Standard Meat company!

The locksmith tried to charge $900 to replace a $59 handle on a $450 (including installation) storm door. It took me less than thirty minutes to replace it myself after a quick trip to Lowes. The locksmith still got $100 travel fee out of my elderly parents to do nothing. Shameful business model. Zero stars. Do not recommend.
