Was quoted $700 for suspension install 8 days in advance.

Showed up, motorcycle loaded in back, after having driven 1.5 hours to get the job done.

The owner, who didn’t bring ANY OF THIS to my attention and let me drive all the way there says “hey it’s actually $2200 if you want this done”…after I’ve already driven the whole way and he knew this before I left.

Then I said screw it, I’m here, and I let him do the job. They didn’t install any of the custom suspension to my liking, and then charged me $200 for front end alignment only, which was aligned at a setting I didn’t even like the look of, and he didn’t drop the back, and he didn’t include me on the shock rebound setting.

Literally included me on ZERO parts of my custom suspension and gave me the truck back with a severe rake.

After ripping me off, I asked to be treated fairly, and he said I had to drive back and wait another entire day bc he’s negligent and can’t do a decent job the first time.

Worst shop I’ve ever done business with. What a scumbag.

They aligned my 2021 GT500. Service was excellent, with my appointment being right on time. The specs were perfect and they took great care of my car.

I have used them two other times for alignments on my vehicles and the service has always been exceptional. They are car enthusiasts, and appreciate what they do and the vehicles they work on.

The best place to get work and alignment done, period! Any review you see here that is low and that has responded to saying they are not in the database are trash fake reviews. There's a reason he's been in business so many years supporting the Austin area, because he's HONEST and does FANTASTIC work!

Did an amazing job on my 2019 Q50. This is very clean and well organized shop and awesome people!

They aren't necessarily awful at what they do, but they'll never own up to any mistakes. Some of these mistakes often are not only unprofessional but unsafe too. I WANT to give them a good review but unfortunately their massive ego prevents them from recognizing their extremely unsafe repairs in my experience.

Extremely rude and dishonest employees. Dangerously low quality work and repairs.

They installed coilovers and did an alignment on my F80 BMW M3. Great customer service! Jason Marble was very informative and helpful. Recommend them for any suspension and alignment work.

Very good service. I brought in my F-150 to change new front rotors- pads and new upper control arms. They did a great job overall and I’ll come back for any future mods to my cars.

Took my G8 to the shop for some fender rolling. Staff is very communicative, helpful, efficient walk around of the vehicle/inspection and great pricing!

What happened? I had my STI work done here and loved what they did. Got a new car and want some stuff done but they will not answer their phones and will not return my calls. I have left multiple messages over the past few months with 0 call backs.

Had my BMW 330i worked on by Marble and I do not have one bad word to say about the entire experience. From the moment I emailed them to the second I picked my car up I was more than pleased. Marble went above and beyond my expectations and truley made my year. 110% recommend too anyone looking to get anything done, and especially with their BMW’s.
