Everyone here is so nice! From the time I called to my initial visit, I was so pleased with the customer service. I have already recommended them to multiple people!

I met the new permanent dental hygienist today and was very pleased. Her name is Lilly. She was very pleasant.

Unfortunately Dr C couldn't attend me today due to his broken arm. I wish him a speedy recovery. Lizsett filled in and she was awesome today!

I had an extra cleaning appointment and saw the same people at the desk as last time 4 months ago. I was 6 minutes late and they called “to be sure I was okay” which was kind. The hygienist was nice and thorough but different than I had 4 months ago and different than the person 6 months prior. My concern is the turnover of staff. I’ve been a patient at this office for 20 years and always knew everyone. The dentist is good but the turnover is concerning.

On March 7,2023 I had an appointment for a issued I had with my tooth that broke in half. The issued was corrected on getting my temporary tooth replace. When I left the office the lady in the front went over the paper work and stated that I would need to paid $349.00 and she would submit a claim with my insurance and they will reimburse that amount. She stated I would get the $349.00 as a form of credit or check. Also she stated I would only paid $500.00 as my part and my insurance would cover the rest. On June 6,2023 when I left after the first procedure was completed I was told I needed to paid half of the $1200.00 which was $508.96 and I still needed to paid again $500.00 this is very deceptive on what I was inform on 3-7-2023. I’m very upset and not happy with the services of your dental office. I have Insurance and so far I paid $857.96 and still haven’t received my credit for $349.00 I was very upset yesterday that I can’t remember the name of the person that was at the front desk. This is very unprofessional cause I was told my claim was never submitted and now I have a new insurance since my company renew my policy. To resolved this problem, I would appreciate this credit as soon as possible or by 6-9-2023 as I was told by the person in the front office. After this horrible experience definitely not going back. One of my friends also had a bad service with the front desk and she decided to find another business. I was only refund $181.00 from my $300.00 I was promised. The claim was file under my new insurance which was never file on February. No apology from the doctor or got a call back as I was told. I have to contact them to see the status of my refund.

Make sure before you go there that all your questions are answered by a dentist (over the phone) otherwise you are paying for nothing! Over the phone the answer was YES but when I went there YES turned into NO and for that I was charged 98$! Ridiculous! I asked politely over the phone, is it possible to shape my new tooth filling so I can continue with my Invisaglin, the answer was YES even though you new that you couldn’t. If you said NO I wouldn’t waste my time but since you knew that was a classic trap so you can earn 98$. Thank you for your time and good luck with “trapping” business! Last thing, i didn’t ask for consultation, I needed a new filling and I precisely asked are able to do it and you said YES but like I said when I came the YES turned into NO, for not telling the truth you charged me 98$! Thank you!

I was very snappy and in a hurry when I came in for a cleaning, and was probably not the easiest person to deal with.
They were a little behind schedule and I was on a time crunch.
I was met with kindness, compassion, understanding, and professionalism.
All the positive reviews are very well deserved.

Dr. K is now known as Super K to me. I just can't say enough good things about him. If you're looking or the best dentist out there you have to call Dr. K's office you will not be disappointed I promise you.

I was so amazed at the professionalism of the nurse at the front desk and the rest of the staff this is a place I would recommend too anyone that needs great dental care.

Great location with a modern and pretty atmosphere. Every staff member was friendly and talented (my teeth cleaning was flawless and very minimal to no gum pain) and Dr. Elhosary did a great job of consulting with me and making me feel welcome in his practice. I was able to get fair quotes for future services far ahead of time and look forward to working more with them in the future.
The studio was the second place I tried to see, and I am very glad my first choice wasn't accepting new patients. I would strongly recommend South Austin Dental Studio to any patient, please check them out if you're looking for a great dentist in a great location.

Excellent dentist, friendly and professional staff, highly recommended for people that do not like dentists. I do not like dentists and had a bad experience in the past with one. Everyone at the office was friendly and welcoming as well as compassionate and concerned about my comfort and experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years due to a move and my hesitation to try a new dentist. I feel really lucky to have found this one on my first try at a dentist in the Austin area. I went based on their good reviews and was not disappointed

They are liars and thieves and you should not go to them, There are so many better dentist offices that do not steal your money,

It took 20 minutes for the receptionist to spell Keith even after I spelled it for here 20 times. I can only imagine what the dentist is like because they hired her, Complete waists of time.

I’ve been to many dentists over the last several years for not so comfortable procedures. Dr. Elhosary was the first dentist that I could barely feel a thing, not even that. He didn’t over numb for a puffy, slobbery face for hours either. Everyone that works in the office is happy and kind which says so much about how things are run from the top. Highly recommend!

Dr. Elhosary was super sweet and nice. Staff as well Bree was super helpful and friendly. First impression was amazing and felt comfortable. Will be seeing them again soon.
