I’ve been living in this apartment complex for about 2 years now, there was recently a management change and since then the overall experience has been astronomically better! From in person availability at the front office to maintenance requests, everything has been a dream to deal with.

Brady not only knows his stuff, but he is kind and thoughtful. He compassionately and effectively helped me navigate a difficult situation. You can count on him to address problems and get them solved. Thank you Brady.

How people treat other people is very important to me. Staff and maintenance staff are wonderful and understanding. They do their best to address any concern I have.

The folks at the office are seriously awesome - they go out of their way to help, and it makes a real difference. The place is in a killer location, easy to stroll around the neighborhood and just a stone's throw from downtown. And guess what? I can even walk over to cosmic coffee whenever I feel like it!

I loved it here! The staff was always courteous and professional towards me, and they were fast and efficient with fixing some things in my apartment. I never had any rat issues in my apartment, just some roaches and fruit flies, every now and then, but that was easy for me to take care of myself. I lived here from June 2020 - June 2022. The only reason I left, was because the new place I moved to has a better courtyard area, and a nice size outdoor pool. South Congress Commons has a great staff, in 2020 I met Anthony, (their former real estate agent), was very helpful and communicative, and was great at giving me a tour of the complex, and the available apartments. Stephanie (the Manager) is all around awesome, she manages multiple properties and she makes it look easy. Very caring, thoughtful and the epitome of what a manager should be. Stephanie takes great care of the residents, and is super appreciative of tenants that are mature and respectful of their respective units, and the complex as a whole. When I was looking to move in (in 2020) Stephanie was great at replying back to my emails, and answering any questions I had. Chrissy (their former leasing agent), was also good at assisting with any concerns/issues I had. Von (Maintenance Manager) has been a steadfast and intricate part of SoCo Commons. Friendly, professional, and courteous in not only ensuring that I had a smooth move-in, but also making sure that some minor things I needed fixed in the apartment were taken care as soon as possible. Overall, I had a great experience here, it’s a wonderful location, and is continuously growing into wonderful and peaceful community.

Glorified roach motel. Bugs were already on the apartment floor during move in and it only got worse. Burn them down at this point. It’s a health hazard.

They are trying to get better.

Regular problems with an old building, but the maintenance is always fast.
