Wait time is beyond acceptable.
First visit was over four hours behind! No updates or apologies for the delay.
Other appointments are typically 30-45 minutes behind.
Most recent appointment is 1-1/2hours behind.

On the upside, most of the staff if pleasant and friendly.

Just don’t plan anything for the entire day of appointment.

Third visit, each one exceeding expectations from walk-in clinic, specialist appt and follow up. Easy scheduling, minimal wait time (actually seen before scheduled time) warm handoffs and genuinely caring team, not to mention the expertise and experience

Customer service here has really gone down hill since they moved into new building. It is sad that some of the top doctors have people working for them that chew gum and smack while on the phone and act like you are not important. Been a patient for several years and now because of the appointment clerk and billing clerk I can’t get seen. It’s like all of a sudden they are trying to pay for new faculty by back billing for things from 4 years ago. Both clerks had serious attitudes over the phone. I hope Dr Larkins sees this review and Dr Rodriguez.

I have been with them since the military referred me to it last year. Since then I’ve been told that they won’t operate my knee. They won’t even scope it to see what’s wrong. Additionally, I’ve been pushed around and not taken care of my health and my needs to be in the military. Been serving for over 18 years now and I want to be better and the contracts or availability they have for medical care is beyond subpar all around. All they do is take insurances money for not helping their patients at all. I hate this place so much and none of them care what you’re going through

Went in for appointment with Dr Masciale PA waited in exam room for an hour and a half no one ever came to tell what was the delay and left to next appointment

This was my fist time being in this place and being a new patient you would think they (receptionist) would be more helpful. Unfortunately, one of the receptionist acted like someone else mentioned on here, like if I was bothering her. Her people skills which she doesn’t have really shows on her expression when people come in. I’m not sure why they have her in the front. I guess her chatting when people come in are more important than actually doing her job. Very rude! But thank goodness all the staff in the back and the doctor I saw made of for that with their professionalism. Also would like to say it’s a very nice building.

Dr. Klimisch is a great doctor. I trust him completely for my upcoming knee surgery.
Unfortunately not all staff members are as compassionate as they should be.

Great Dr, but The wait time is ridiculous. My sister's appointment was at 2: 30, it is now 6: 40 & just leaving the office. The Dr got upset because I spoke up & complained about the wait.

Diagnosed and performed corrective fusion surgery to my left ankle. (Next door at orthopedic surgeons) Excellent staff, surgeons and follow up care. Facility also provides rehab.

Love this place and the staff are wonderful. Dr. Larkins is pleasant, well versed and detailed. I would give a 10 but only five stars allowed!

This is a beautiful and clean facility where the doctors are excellent! My broken wrist was well taken care of by the doctors and nurses, thank you!

Wife had her knee replaced by Klimisch, only good thing to say is the scar looks good. He has no bedside matter, his physical therapy orders don't work for everyone. She did everything she was asked to do and still had to have the knee manipulated, never heard from him or the clinic, ever again. Took her to a different clinic and she is now doing great. Avoid him.

I love this place. The surgeons and the physical therapy department are phenomenal. I saw Dr. Thomas for a several year old scaphoid fracture, and he was able to fix it - not an easy bone to fix. My quality of life was significantly improved. I do normal things like high-five and carry pots and pans without pain or trouble. Then Dr. Wilson fixed my re-ruptured ACL that was previously repaired by a surgeon in another city. He used autograft quad for the repair. He listened to me, worked with me to pick the best course of action, and executed the plan perfectly. Physical therapy picked up from there. They really tailored the PT plan to my goals and current state, building in therapy that would help other imbalances to help set me up for maximum likelihood of life-long activity without re-injury. Plus, they teach me and answer all of my questions, so I can progress more independently. Dr. Wilson and the PT team significantly improved my quality of life in ways I won’t bore you with, but suffice it to say, I literally turn to my husband every…single…day to say how grateful I am and what a difference it’s made.

The entire group is amazing, works as a team, and tailors their approach for the patients. I’m forever grateful.

Excellent Surgeons and Surgical Teams.
I was lucky enough to have Dr. Jason Thompson and his team replace both of my hip joints. I'm 65 and had not been able to walk for a year prior to my first surgery. 2 months and 25 days later from first surgery to last discharge, I am walking easily and completely free of pain. The care and rehabilitation I received was above and beyond. I recommend this Surgical Center to anyone needing joint assistance or replacement.

Dr. Larkins and his team are amazing. I had surgery in January on an ankle broken in 3 places and from surgery to recovery his team and the xray department have been excellent. I thank God for the blessing they have been. I'm walking, driving and working again. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus in my left knee and broke my right ankle into pieces and my right fibula. Dr. Kyle Wilson and Dr. Larkins were blessed by God with their hands and brains. And they helped bless me with my legs again. Without them and God I wouldn’t be able to be back on tow boats providing for my family. They were the most amazing Doctors. South texas bone and joint wouldn’t be complete without them!

The organization has become to big, service and wait times are too long, or they don't get back with you. It is a puppy mill organization now, where numbers drive the show.

Nothing like arriving at 2pm for your appointment just to get a referral to another department and still waiting, the current time is 5: 30. The new offices are nice.
Update: visit lasted 5 minutes. Total wait time. 3 hours 37 minutes

The wait time for Dr Masciale is unbelievable! 1hr 20min and still haven't taken my mom back to other waiting area.
Edit. Ended up w nurse practitioner, was told needs MRI & come back again for results! Total appt was 2hr 50min.
