No one could give me an ETA on when my truck would be ready and I had to be chasing a ride to the dealership. When I went to pick up my truck, I had to go and get it from where it was parked. I have NEVER had to do that. I ALWAYS get my vehicle turned in to me, not “here are your keys, go and get your vehicle wherever it is parked”.

Found the truck I wanted and worked with Manny Garza. Manny was great to work with. Drove from Galveston to Mission, dealership was ready, Manny had the truck ready to go and the paperwork all done. 30 minutes at the dealership and on the road back to Galveston. Fantastic experience!

Best service ever! Alfredo and Carlos "el cubano" really met our needs and came to an agreememt with us. The process was easy, simple and quick.
