I have been to many dental clinics. But this is the best hands down. Dr. Farooq is wonderful - caring, compassionate and a thorough professional with a calming demeanor and soft touch! She is well complemented by her assistant Juliet. The front desk staff is very friendly and responsive. Recommend this place whole heartedly!

What is the point of setting up an appointment and waiting hours to be seen. I have other things to do with my day I do not want to be waiting to get a deep cleaning. Then give me the same

Dr. O was awesome and kind! My dental experience was one of the best that I’ve had in the entire city of Houston.

I am very disappointed in this facility. They have scammed and mistreated my mom and my sister's treatment here. My mom has always paid her dues and was even told in person she does not owe anything last time she was there. Now they are trying to charge for the services she has already paid for. The new manager is just going back and forth stating in her system she has no proof of payment. The new manager just told us that is just our word against theirs because we don't have enough proof. It is not our fault that they have new associates every other month and now we are suffering through this case. The associates that are currently working now have not been friendly through all of this either. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Nice, clean, and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service. They took real good care my teeth for my cleaning and extraction. First painless extraction I’ve had. 2 thumbs up!

This is my daughter's dentist and I love them! Professional staff, that's pretty to look at too.lol! My daughter is comfortable and that means a lot to me.

28 minutes still on hold. Just to book an appointment. Will update once I finally book an appointment and get into the clinic. Thats if I dont hang up and find another company to service my teeth

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for a whole week now. Nobody answers the phone and I be waiting 35 min on the phone just for nobody to answer. And I know for a fact nobody is in this office every time I go it’s always me and 1 other person there and they act like they so busy. This so unprofessional and I will be finding another dentist for my daughter.

We were there 3-1/2 hours for me & my brother to have x-rays, examined & teeth cleaning. We were new patients but I don’t believe it should have taken that long. After xrays and examined by dentist, we were asked to go back out to the lobby area and wait to be called again for the teeth cleaning.

My son is 10 months we have only been twice but I loveeeeee this office so satisfied with the speed they get you in and out no long harsh wait the ladies at the front desk are soooooo sweet and sooooo nice they ran out of string for the balloons they give you so my baby couldn’t get a ballon so the desk clerk took some floss to use as a string just so my son can have a ballon

My Son and I had a great experience for this to be a Dentist; a place we all dread coming to, but the staff was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable during our exams and cleanings. This may sound funny, but I look forward to my next visit. I have new friends now being a native of Illinois.

The staff is very helpful and friendly especially Debra and Dominique. Always comforting to nervous patients

I have been bringing my kids here for years. The ladies at South Texas Dental are fabulous! I have 4 kids which are a handful, and they were fast, educational and thorough. They are friendly and make my kids very comfortable. Dr. Perry is an angel! She is wonderful with kids and is great at her craft. Love you ladies at the Westheimer location.

My kids love this place. They have a play area and are very gentle and upbeat with my kids to make them feel at ease. My older 2 have to get a tooth removed but they were so informative and explained my next steps perfectly (Pediatric Dentist is needed). They provide a balloon after each visit and of course the standard dentist goody bag (cool toothbrushes and floss). You and your kids will love it here!

Wonderful staff. Pleasant, professional, and very timely — I appreciate the quick in and out when time crunch is a factor.

Excellent and timely service. No complaints but it would be nice to have the new/existing patient information forms online so patients can fill them out prior to arriving at the dental office.

The employees at this office provide an excellent level of service. They are friendly, timely and very professional. I actually enjoy going to the office!

Great experience! My daughter needed a long treatment and Dr Sahar Farooq handled with so much care and excellent pain management. Everything was smoothly taken care of.no issues then or after! We all go to her.

Best dentist office EVER! The office manager obviously knows how to hire and keep excellent staff! The receptionists are professional, polite, bilingual, and skilled. Dr N is always pleasant with the perfect touch. She listens and educates with her treatment recommendations. My hygentist is awesome! (The green eyed one, lol) She has 13 years experience, but looks 25. She is professional, funny, and will take the time to tell you the reasons behind why proper brushing/flossing are so crucial, as well as proper techniques. All of these ladies rock!

I went to the Westheimer location for the first time for my 7-year old son’s routine check-up and
Dr. Farooq attended him. For the first time, my son didn’t cry or feel scared at a dental check-up. She was so friendly and comforting. This made me go back to the same location and dentist for my routine check-up. Dr. Farooq did an excellent job with me as well and I’m determined to stick to her. The staff is very friendly too. I was in-n-out happy!
