South Texas Dental, Houston TX

I appeared in person to schedule an appointment. I told the front office staff that.i was referred to a dentist for a possible TMJ condition. They did not indicate a problem and then gave me registration and a medical questionnaire to complete and tonsuvmit upon my return. On day of appt, they provided me with a COVID screening sheet to complete. Based on responses, I was denied my appt. They ndid not attempt to ask questions of clarification. They wanted a direct referral from.my doctor as.tk WHY I was referred to a dentist and a.medical clarence. Come to find out, doctor gave me a bad referral and this dentist and staff were going to take my money anyway. I reported a cough on the questionnaire. They "freaked out" or "Jumped the Shark" (Lol). My cough is a long term side effect o a medical condition and of some maintenance medication I have been taking. Both of these items were listed in the questionnaire responses. Uh.under further review and recommendations from other area dentists, I no longer trust yoir business and patient ethics. They were pushing a regular dental exam when I needed a more advanced exam. So just so you know, it is up to the receptionist not the doctor to let you know what the doctor recommends after your appointment has been completed. I would rather much hear from the doctor or dentist. That is what you pay for. Patients beware!

Love my daughters dentist she's always nice and the staff is super friendly and caring whenever my daughter is feeling shy.

This dentist is the best, I like this dentist because its all fun and games. You even get to watch movies, you get treated like in family, and you even get the best treatment unlike other dentist that are harsh, cielo dental makes you feel comfortable, and in family which is very important to me and I feel like it should be important to everyone. And anything that you dint understand they explain it to you nicely.

Worst ever just rude and try to brainwash you that they need something they actual don't. They did work on my son from teeth and fell twice and said he is not supposed to eat that's why it keeps falling I was like you make no sense smh.

My first visit with my kids was excellent! Great staff and the Dr was great! They made us feel very comfortable. Such very nice ladies that work here! Very professional and organized. I will definitely be keeping this dentist for my kids.

This office is great at providing excellent customer service! They do their best to work with your schedule, and provide quality work and and affordable price. Just left my consultation and I am happy!

I have brought my little girl here since she was born and the customer service has always been great. The staff is really nice.

The staff was pleasant and the dentist was admirably competent. Several needs where addressed within a very quick and professional setting. Could not have asked for more!?

Had The Appointment at 2: 30 pm and it was 3: 20 pm and we were still waiting, it is pointless to be sitting and waiting for a check up if it takes an hour just to get attended. I thought appointments would be more efficient for a patient and dentist, but apparently it is not. Service is good! APPOINTMENTS ARE TERRIBLE! Need to work on that better.

First time to a dentist office with my baby. Staff was nice, just alot of craziness with parents not watching their kids. Appointments for 2pm seem to be a good time to go.

Staff very friendly but wait time unsatisfactory.
My appt time was at 2 pm.didn't leave office until 4: 55 pm.

I had a terrible toothache, met an awesome dentist Dr. Soto she is one of the best I have ever seen in my 47 years of dealing with a dentist. She was so caring and the staff is amazing Corrine & Fatima you could tell they love working with patients

Great service, fast and they help you in your lenguage. Helpful with the children. Would recommend a friend.

As someone who dreads going to the dentist or the doctors office, I would have to say that this place has changed my perception. The staff was very friendly as well as the doctor who helped me. I'll be returning for future visits for sure.
