Very bad experience, very high prices even with insurance and they also tell you one thing and when they charge you, the rude front desk people and the doctor they have there is very abrupt to do their work they should improve I never go there again and I do not recommend it at all from my insurance company they charged 1000 dollars and apart from me they charged me 600 for a root canal they are thieves

I honestly had a rough morning getting kids rallied for appointments. Walking into this office, I felt flustered and frustrated.

However, the staff, who have been seeing my kids for a little over a year now, greeted us so kindly and remembered updates and details about our family that your average person would forget. I would really like to thank Amaya personally for her amazing service and attention to my family’s needs.

The dental staff is so pleasant and very kind when they explain terminology to us, making sure we understand.

This isn’t the closest dental office to us, but we love this office so much that we will not be changing it anytime. Thanks Brident Dental!

Had a horrible time here and they all had attitudes i use to like this place when it was south texas and others but brident dental all had attitudes and the place was dirty and stuff what on floor and didn't look like its been mopped in a long time its so sad my kids use to love going there not coming back

I'm back in action! My favorite dental assistant hooked me up with a new temporary crown after I broke mine earlier today and not only was she quick, she was also extremely efficient. Thanks and tell your baby Happy Belated 1st Birthday Fellow Capricorn!?

Horrible service been waiting for over 1 hour. People please go to another orthodontist. This place has horrible service and you can hardly ever reach them La gran plaza is not even an office you can visit in case of an emergency if you ever have an emergency you have to track them down to see where you can go to get attention.

They are horrible in their service, Won’t recommend it! I got there at 3: 30 and my appointment was at 4: 30 never got attended so at left and it was 5: 30! Two hours I waited and nothing! WORST SERVICE EVER

I ususally wait more than an hour with my visits. But today I was in and out in 30 minutes. I like those kind of visits. Dental assistant David was really nice and heblpful!

To have a dentist NOT finish a procedure and NOT tell you they weren’t done and you needed to come back is UNACCEPTABLE! What kind of service is that, and why would you want to bring your child to to a dentist who would do that.

The dentists and the staff are very friendly, professional and wonderful at their jobs. They care if you are comfortable and check on you Multiple time in visits. I recommend them for adults and children. They always answer all my questions that i have and even break it down and explain it so that i understand.

This place is greatt (: Liz, the one who attended me was very professional, along with all the rest of them I felt very at home. Love this place & definitely coming back.

Yo I came into South Texas Dental with my teeth throwing up Westside and Mississippi! The service was bomb and eveyone was patient and will to help. Claudia, Venessa, Veronica, and Yesenia yalls custer service is topnotch. This will be my dentist office for life now!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist.
So I was actually kind of hesitant to go and how I was going to be treated. Last experience was very unpleasant. But not here at South Texas Dental! At the grand plaza.

Normally we dread coming here because of poor service. But today we were pleasantly surprised. We came in for an emergency appointment due to problems with my daughter's braces. David Epps was fantastic. He was friendly and kind and efficient which is rare at any South Texas Dental. So thank you David Epps for making it a good day.

Good staff, very respectful, they gave me stickers I really appreciate it. Great movies and Awesome balloons.
