South Texas Eye Institute - San Antonio Office

Everyone was most informative and down to earth. Explained my procedure using terminology that I could easily understand. Very happy with everything!

Was sceptical about getting Lasik at first, but the staff and doctors at Texas eye institute really brought all my anxiety down and made the procedure stress free and easy to go into. Everyone was super nice and really cared about how I was feeling about the whole thing. I've never had a better experience with any doctor like I did here at Texas eye institute. If you are on the fence about Lasik, I would really recommend coming here

I think they are excellent. I came to learn more about laser surgery.

For my surgery i received cataract and monovision.

We've been since 2: 20 for an appointment and who would of known this place would take this long we've been here 2 1/2 hours and still haven't seen the doctor this is bull I had to come to drive for someone because he's getting dilated. I have class and I have a test looks like I'm going to be late And we don't live in this side of San Antonio I'm very upset looks like they are triple booking patients it's ridiculous I'm reporting to investigate this company. People have lives. I've gone to other Opthalmologist and it didn't take this long. I don't recommend anyone here unless you want to be here all day. You might as well go to a clinic.

In my second time visit, the assessment on my right eye could not produce accurate result as i can feel a bit blurry vision on right eye after prescribed glass. Anyway the overall process at this office is awesome and they do thorough examination, which i m satisfied with and therefore i visited twice.

I went in for Lasik consultation, they were very thorough, very kind and patient. Explained to me all my options with no pressure.

Great job on taking care of my yearly eye exam and referred me out to a ophthalmologist for future testing. Very polite for employees the only thing I use the restroom in the hallway there was no soap water didn't work on the sink no paper towels I don't know who's responsible but needs to be kept up with other than that it was a great seeing the doctor well the new doctor

Very good experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. Very through exam and Dr Marten is great and explains any problems or corrections that need to be made. Great eye clinic.

I had a 2 o'clock appt and was told 20 more min at 2: 55. This is not acceptable. They schedule WAY more patients than they can easily spend quality time with. Have not seen doctor and am sure he/she will be fine but I feel like a sardine squeezed into the can.

Great service. A bit of a wait at first but very smooth after that. Doctor very thorough and lovely. Very efficient. Loved the visit. Would recommend to anyone.
