11I had an MRI done on June 17 and did not pick up my disc with the results. I was to have an appointment on June 26 with my spine doctor. I called this center 15 minutes after hours and talked to a most helpful young lady, Sandra, to see if I could come and get the disc for my appointment. She said that she would wait for me to come from New Braunfels to pick up the disc. Her name is Sandra and she is a mammographer but what a hero for me. If I had not obtained the disc tonight I would not have been able to go to my appointment tomorrow. This world needs more people like Sandra who are so kind and considerate and know what a little bit of kindness will do for a person. She rates a "12" on a scale of 1-10.
I love this place! Due to lung complications I have to go every 6 months! I am always in and out in less than 25 minutes total! Amanda does my CTSCAN and it has to be done in my hand! I never even feel it! She’s amazing and front desk ladies always greet everyone! Highly recommend!
Always very quick service and very professional. I'm in and out within 15 minutes with an appointment. Even when I've gone as a walk in, never waited long.
The woman at the front desk was rude. After waiting quite awhile just to check in she completely ignored me. What's really a shame is that this company obviously cares nothing about their customer's concerns as none of the reviews seem to have been addressed here.
Unfortunately, service was terrible - a 2-hour wait with no explanation as to why, other than blaming their 3rd party vendor that confirms insurance. They had 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to do that. Nice facility, terrible service.
Horrible waiting time just to check in. I asked if we could at least check in when they were taking forever with another lady and they told us just one more minute, whatever they took longer than that, at least 13 minutes waiting to check in.
I had orders from my doctor to have a sonogram of my neck. I waited over a week to hear from them to schedule an appointment that I had to ultimately call to an appointment. I took off work to go to the appointment and when I arrived they told me my insurance wasn’t in network. I am incredibly disappointed in the service I received and my wasted time. I should have been told over the phone making the appointment that I wasn’t in network instead of the day I was supposed to have the procedure.
Today was my first mammogram ever. I had been putting this off for over a year due to hearing how painful etc this procedure was. The person helping me today was Amy Nicole. She was friendly, professional and put any concerns or fears I had to rest. It was not nearly as bad as I thought and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. Ask for Amy, she is really awesome!
I had an appointment for a CT Scan today. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and professional. Bobby met me and took me to the back for the scan. He was informative and answered all my questions. If I need a CT scan in the future I will return to this location and hope to have Bobby do the scan.
If I could rate ZERO stars I would! I found out yesterday I needed a ct scan. Dr’s office set my appointment up here. I arrived for my scan and the front desk girl said she needs to collect $700 from me. I told her I don’t have that amount. I was asked what could I pay and when I said $50, I was told the minimum she could take in order for me to have my scan was $450! I have medical insurance but was told I haven’t met my deductible and anything less than $450 needs a manager to approve. I was taken around the corner like a bad child, like another person posted here. The manager didn’t offer me less of a payment amount, and I gave her my credit card as I cried and told her this wasn’t something planned, and now I am going into debt just to get a scan I need. I wasn’t going to be allowed to have the scan until I paid. So what else could I do? Then after making my payment, I was taken by the manager to the back to change into my gown and still I was crying. The manager proceeds to ask me if I’m changed and I thought she was going to take me to my ct scan, no she has a payment authorization form for me to sign while I’m in my gown in the changing room! It’s saying I agree to pay the rest of the money in installments! I was so upset the entire appointment, I had tears running down my face during my scan. I will NEVER go back to this location!
I have been having issues with billing even after I was no longer a patient. I paid everything when I had left or so I was told. Months later I received new bills which I paid and thought I had made a mistake. Now I am still receiving bills threatening to send me to collections even after I called to confirm I have paid my previous bills. This place also did not help diagnose me they just had me run expensive un needed test.
