This clinic has really improved. I waited a bit but I know it’s not their fault. I think society nowadays has the here and now entitlement mentality. I didn’t mind the wait.

Too disrespectful for us. If you have nowhere to be, and the rest of your life to get there, then maybe this is your kind of place. Took my wife there for her "scheduled" mammogram, there were women there that had been waiting an hour and a half, still waiting, we left after thirty minutes. The lady said: "sorry ma'am, we are kind of busy on Fridays". Well, THEY booked her for Friday!? !? !?
I'm sure that's not the only place that does mammograms in town.

My experience was absolutely great! From making the appointment, insurance verification, they are cordial, respectful and customer service driven, they set up expectations of your sedation and MRI. Nurse Kelly was absolutely the best, I was so nervous and she took care of me, listen and make conversation and the process was smoother. I cannot thank you enough!

My grandmother had a pleasant experience from the lady who performed her exam. I hardly write reviews but feel that the staff went above and beyond. I understand that dealing with seniors may become frustrating at times. Thank you for being decent! Definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

Absolutely the worst place to get a mammogram at, the ladies at the front desk need to get some training on customer service. They talk to you like they’re doing you a favor. I’m pretty sure there are other radiology centers in SA with more professional staff. Not coming back.

I keep calling to set up a payment plan to pay my bill and no one answers. I’ve called multiple times this week and have been on hold for 45 minutes.

No one loves to have a mammogram, let’s face it, but this is the only place I will go.

Florence at the front desk was amazing, kind and happy. Her greeting me made the difference in how I perceived my care would go. Pricilla, the technician that actually performed the mammogram, is the GOLD standard that all other technicians should strive to be! She was phenomenal, kind, patient, funny, and caring. These women turned a dreaded experience into something that made me smile as I left.

I’m not sure if you can request a mammography technician, but I will be from now on!

Friendly workers but took way too long. Two and half hours of waiting for a 20 minute MRI.

Stayed on hold over 30 minutes before talking to someone about an appointment. Patient Portal difficult to find, plus it no longer works with my STRIC account or my phone number. I will think twice before using STRIC again. They have gotten too large and lost their good customer service.

My husband had an MRI done here. The bill was exceptionally high even though we met our deductible. When we tried to get someone to explain why the bill was like that we got no one to actually help us. After a long battle of figuring out this bill with insurance company we arranged a monthly payment with the imaging center. We made our first payment and a week later got a letter that our bill was sent to collections…. Thank you so much for “wonderful” service, we understand that medicine these days is not about patients but about how much you can rip them off.

Why does the phone number not work? How am I going to schedule an appointment if the number listed on the business is not working.

Update: you want me to post my cell phone number online? No, how about the business post a phone number that works. I will have my doctor send the order to Baptists M&S.

I have been to the STRIC in Boerne (bad experience). I had a great experience here. The lady tech was very kind and made me feel at ease.

I was scheduled this afternoon for a spinal procedure. At 2 pm yesterday they informed me that there wasn’t a referral in place. When speaking with one staff member, when I asked if that was normal procedure to wait till long to realize there wasn’t a referral, she laughed & said sure.happens all of the time… we just reschedule…. All of the time! Which happened in my case. I have been in severe pain since April 7…. And still no relief?

Service and care has been great, however, billing is completely incompetent. They seldom collect the correct co-pay (this could be insurance, but I don't have this problem with other providers). This time, they didn't apply a $1000 payment I made the day of service. Service rep on the phone could see the payment. It just wasn't applied. She sent it to audit department and said to call back in 1-2 days. I called back in 3. Still under review. Told to call back next week. Who has time for this nonsense and even if they do, life is too short to waste time dealing with the incompetence of others. Most of my imaging has been process of elimination for diagnosing, but I feel really bad for people who are seriously ill or in serious pain. I'm sure employees are not trained properly so is not entirely their fault, but not the patients either. Also had an issue last year that had to be audited to get it corrected. Then the billing department asked me to, in the future, tell the people at the location not to collect a deposit.yeah, right.

If I run as late as they do for scheduled appt, I'd have to reschedule or pay a missed appointment fee. I'll go back to using the Alamo Heights location, where they let you know if there's a delay.

My experience was great. There was no wait. Receptionist Deborah was very friendly and tech Bailey was outstanding. He makes you feel comfortable and really take his time to explain things. He’s in the right field and he’s a hero. We need to thank our hero’s!
