Great customer service. Had a lot of questions and they not only took the time to answer, but helped me set up my gear. Explained how to make adjustments ect!

Very nice place, great selection and a bit pricy. My only complaint would be the young women at the register seem to be more interested in gossiping with one another than checking me out, kids these days. If your driving by I would at least stop by and check it out.

Drive a couple hours to get here and they wouldn’t let my kids in without masks. Not friendly staff at all almost like that were being forced to work there and all I wanted to do was buy a pair of Anderson beans. I won’t Make that mistake again

It was a large western clothes and tack store but except for the cashier, Morgan, nobody seemed very interested in helping me find what I was hunting.

Great Western and Tack store. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. This is the typical Western store. Strong conversation can be had concerning the Western lifestyle. Horses, Cattle, etc.

A really great place but, they close way to early thats why i gave them 3 stars. I have to drive a long way to get there after work if i need to get something that they have and no place else has it. 7 would be a better time to close. Their hats are great …i have one… knife selection i have one… etc.my family and I buy a lot from this place. We would buy more but cant get there before 530.

Great staff, wonderful clothing selections, comprehensive tack & ranch merchandise. One of my absolute favorite places to shop.

We are a traveling rodeo show and South TX Tack is one of the best western stores we’ve ever come across.

Keary was a great employee from helping us pick out new team roping ropes and even gave us some of his time with a roping lesson in the middle of the store!

Awesome selection of ropes, hats, boots and clothing and theres even a beer and wine bar while you shop. Holly was very friendly as our cashier.

It's nice to have a place close that has experienced employees and a great selection. So much better than the big box western stores in the big city

Well stocked with Western clothes, boots, saddles and tack. The store has expanded quite a bit since our last visit. Great place and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Called up STT because they had two similar saddles I liked with a big price gap. The main saddle man was very forthcoming about the reasons for the gap and answered all of my questions well. I ordered the better saddle that day. It arrived within 3 days. It fits my good horse perfectly, makes my butt smile and the craftsmanship is of much higher quality than I expected for such a reasonably priced wood. I couldn’t be happier! I’ll definitely be bringing my business here again and recommend South Texas Tack to every horse person I know!

Ordered a pair of the versatility chaps in Honey color and they arrived within two weeks time. They look great and the medium size fits me perfectly (I am 5'10" 175 lbs.) Very happy with the quality of the leather. Zippers are heavy duty and the laced fringe looks awesome. Love the fit and would highly recommend.

Great place to get tack for your horses, boots for yourself and hats. Now let’s talk about hats, they will help you pick the perfect western hat, shape it and fit it to your head. Very friendly staff- you can even drink an adult beverage while you shop.

Great selection, but cashiers need customer service training. I’m sorry my purchase today had to break up your conversations earlier than you expected. Good customer service costs ZERO dollars. This review only pertains to the service provided by the cashiers; other staff were friendly and helpful.
