Southcross Villas, San Antonio TX

I love it here but I just hate that my neighbors keep playing loud music at all times of the day and the front office doesn’t do anything about it and I see different people coming in and out of the apartment at different hours of the day
I asked to be moved to a upstairs unit but the manager of the property said if I don’t like it then I can leave

Easy to sign lease. Washers and dryers (laundry room) are available 24/7. Beautiful swimming pool.

Okay where do I start! First our ac hasn’t work since we moved in and we keep calling and nothing.second there’s alot of roaches and honestly is nasty.third they stole my car and apparently they’re cámaras don’t work? ! Fourth the restroom calling is leaking water and they can’t do nothing about it? Plus there’s this old lady that gets in everybody’s business.

Very Good management, maintenance always followed up on work orders, The Owners are friendly and professional always ready to help and felt comfortable living here very nice apts with ceiling fans.

Me and my family lived at south cross villas for exactly a year we only moved because we bought a house. We loved that laundry was open 24/7. The phool is always maintained. The place is always kept nice and clean. The owners are very nice and professional people.

We moved in three years ago and sense the new owners, management, and maintenance team took over we have been very satisfied with how everything here has changed for the better.
The complex stays clean with ground keeping maintenance, safe for the children inside the poor area, and all in all is a great place to live for singles, the elderly, and families.

I found the Southcross Villas to be an awesome place, it just felt like I was already home. If anyone is looking for a place you can make a home its this place.

Been here almost a year. Southcross villas management have made our home feel just like home. They are very quick to hear our any issues and resolve them same day. The community in the complex is just beautiful. Met amazing residents that have become family over the year of being here. Overall a good place to live.

I've lived here for almost a year now and I am really happy with both the apartment quality and the management. My apartment is modern and pretty and if something breaks, maintenance fixes it pretty quickly. At my last apartment, I had to wait forever to get things fixed and management didn't care. I'm so glad I moved here!

I have lived here for a yr already and love it with the new management they stay on top of things and have made these apartments way better if u have an issue management will take care of it asap and the owner knows everyone.these is some where we will call home for along time

I love living at Southcross Villa. The residents are very friendly as well as the grounds are well kept. I even more love the fact that not only am I able to talk with the property manager but I'm able to interact with the property owners in person. It feels like family living in Southcross Villa. I happy as well as thankful I moved here.
