6Always late! Constantly have to reschedule deliveries because they load on the wrong truck / trailer. Customer Service / Supervisors dont answer phone. Will leave you on hold until you hang up!
I absolutely loved working at SEFL. The only reason I left was to pursue a totally different career. I had worked in freight 8 years and of those 8,4 1/2 years were at SEFL. Truly am amazing company that's provides QUALITY WITHOUT QUESTION!
It's an awesome brand new facility! I enjoyed working out in the gym!
Long phone waits, miserable customer service. SEFL's call waiting system preaches customer service but they never truly practice it! Our gear and lighting product is nearly ALWAYS 3 to 5 days late when we have tight schedules on our projects to meet GC deadlines. They don't care though. It doesn't affect them or their bottom line!
Simple and pleasant transactions the ten plus times I have used them.
