Absolutely first class service and delivery men. Earl and Marlon are good dudes. Victoria in scheduling was awesome and communicates daily. Super pleased.

They are the carrier that brings my weekly delivery at my work, and they are consistent and dependable.

Worked very hard to get an order addressed. Some slight phone operating/communications issues but easily resolved. Friend staff willing to work with you on scheduling.

Lost my company’s freight, at the Waco terminal. It arrived on Saturday, so it should have been delivered Monday. By Wednesday, I was tasked with calling. They said it was on an appointment trailer and they pulled it off and would be delivered Thursday. Thursday came, they couldn’t find it. At one point, Victoria stopped looking for it and said that the night crew would strip every trailer, locate the freight and deliver it Friday. Friday, they can’t find the freight. I called our sales rep he said he’ll look for it. I called him back, Alan said, “Lacy was looking for it, so I let her do it. ” WRONG ANSWER! I called corporate. Spoke with 2 different people. Eventually, they found the freight on a trailer in the yard. Having been the Operations Supervisor of a terminal of a bottom feeder freight company, in the past, this is totally un acceptable! Had this been my terminal, I would have found the freight AGAIN on the 2nd day and made sure this didn’t happen again! No matter how terrible the company may be, ultimately, it is the individual’s reputation on the line. I have absolutely no confidence in Southeastern, Alan, Lacy or Victoria.
