Very professional!
So I am happy to say that I have had the infamous Chris experience upon entering I felt so welcomed and that alone is very important. To feel comfort at your dentist appointment is priceless. The dentist and his assistant is very nice welcoming as well I am a little sensitive about my teeth and I feel sure they are gonna give me back my smile.
I want to take a moment and mention how wonderful Chris is (I don’t know his official role). I first went to castle dental and got all the way to my appointment only to be told that the Doctor left for the day and I had to come back Friday (it was Tuesday) My tooth was broken and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Chris was able to get me in the next morning. I don’t know if he will see this but I was feeling so bad when I walked into the office and the kindness that Chris showed me will never be forgotten. I don’t think he realizes what am impact he had me. I hope southern dental realizes what a valuable assets he is. Thank you so much Chris!
