If I can give a zero this place deserves it. I was referred by my primary here. Not only did I had to wait 35 minutes after my schedule appointment at 3pm but it was hot in there with no AC building. Once I was back I was treated very rude by Dr. Paturi. She is very unprofessional and rude. Instead of saying that she in unable to treat me due to me not be able to see her back in two weeks she started arguing with me about if I go back to Alaska (where I work) that’s my choice and it’s me refusing her care. I try to advise her if there were options like zoom or phone calls until I get back all she care s with is my insurance so not going to pay for it. She eventually got so frustrated after arguing with me non stop she ran out the office and said she will refund my money for the copay. I don’t need your refund. You need it more than me. If you ever get refer here you better run. This place is trash

I've been going to this location for several years. When you show up, everyone is friendly. I never have waited a long time to get in, and i get out pretty quick. Honestly, I just go to have my prescriptions filled. I've been a diabetic 1 for a long time with an A1C of 5.0. When you try to get a prescription filled that's when the problems start. You tell them you need a FreeStylelLibre 3 and they give you a FSL2. Then Express Scripts fills the order, sends it off and then you're stuck with FSL2 and I have been using FSL3. The phone system takes forever. You cannot do it on your lunch break or any time under 30 minutes. Debated between a 3 star or a 2 star but it's more like 2 1/2 stars. But I've spent so much time on the phone trying to fix prescriptions. It is ridiculous and extremely frustrating that's why I give it 2 stars.

I like Dr Paturi. She is very knowledgeable of the latest in diabetes. I find the office staff helpful.

The office is very disorganized and doesn't seem to care/want to help patients. I switched insurance in January and called to make sure they accepted my new insurance before I came in for my appointment, they said yes they do accept it. I showed up for my appointment and was told they don't accept the insurance. After finding a new doctor I needed a referral and my medical records transferred over. They sent me the wrong form at first and I had to continue to reach out to them. Every time I called they said they would call me back, and never did. It took over a 1.5 months to transfer all my medical records over and they still said they won't refer me to the new endocrinologist. The customer service and communication is horrible here. If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Front desk staff is very rude! I walked to the window. The young lady was on the computer, but made not effort to greet me. After a bout 5 mins I went to the car to get my mask, as it is a small waiting room with several unmasked patients. I come back in after about a minute to see her chatting with another patient. I commented "well I'm glad she greeted someone. " She bobbed her neck and said she was busy. It only takes 2 seconds to acknowledge someone's presence. Another person came to check in and was made to wait as well. She finally asked "is this where I check in? " It's sad and unfortunate when the first experience with the practice is rude unhappy staff.
