Property Manager - Kelcea Guzman was a huge help and support during a trying end of lease, with great communication to assist my payment situation, and moveout thank you!

Tremendous bad attention, there is never anyone in the office, there is no measurement of anything and I have come twice and I live 1 hour from there and I have missed the trip and there is no attention. The office is always closed. The manager gave me a seat which I went to and I lost the office again.trip wasting gas and stopping working very bad service and they say they work until 5 and look there is never anyone and I went to buy not rent

Property manager kelcea is great and move in process was easy. I love the events she dose for the neighborhood kids during small holidays.

I have had the worst experience dealing with the property manager kelcea guzman! She is barley ever in her office, unprofessional and refuses to let you speak with anyone other than herself. I was so surprised because moving in was such an easy process and she seemed really nice but as soon as the lease was signed she has been the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. I myself have been a property manager before so I understand how difficult it can’t be sometimes with tenants but she lacks basic compassion for tenants safety and comfort! Also all the reviews about how great she is she asks people to post because she definitely told me too and I’m glad I waited to see what type of person/property manager she really was until I did. My only hope by leaving this review is so that I will be able to speak with someone about my issues other than kelcea guzman

I walked in to stop by and the manager, Kelcea Guzman, was so respectful and helped me the entire way through the application process and with any questions i had. She’s amazing and has amazing customer service. THANK YOU!

I’ve been helping my sister find her very first place and when we walked into the office we were immediately greeted by the property manager Kelcea Guzman. She was so helpful with all of the questions my sister and I had. She truly went above and beyond to help my sister find her first place and walked us through the entire process. I’ve already been recommending you all to everyone I know because of how cute the community is and the amazing management.

Says 8 to 5 on the office door but should say whenever I feel like opening had a older gentleman and his wife walk up and they said she always at her house very professional.

Mrs Kelcea Guzman gives great service she's been working in her position for many years and made signing the paperwork super easy. She set me and my family up with a great home and I'm very happy with how it looks.

Kelcea Guzman was very friendly and helpful when we were looking to rent a mobile home here.

I went online and saw that Southern Hills had 3 vacancies available now to move in, so I went to the property to look at them externally. After I saw them before leaving the property I went to the business office to see if I could have a tour of the properties inside. At 2: 32 pm no one answered at the office. I then left assuming that the manager/staff may have been out on the property. I waited a little over an hour then I called the office to speak to someone and Kelsey (manager/office worker) stated that she was out of the office and in traffic. She also stated that she had to leave early to take her son to the doctor and that she would not be back in the office today 02/21/23. At that time I agreed to met her the next day (which is today 02/22/23) at 10 am to see the property. I made it onsite to Southern Hills at 9: 59 am on 02/22/23 and knocked on the door. NO ANSWER. I got back in my car and called the office number and Kelsey answered. I stated who I was and that we had a 10 am appointment to met. She began to explain that she misplaced her keys, she think they may be in her husband's truck, and that he works on post, and that she won't be able to get in the office until 3: 30 pm. After 2 days of getting the "RUN AROUND" I have decided to look elsewhere for a new place of residence. I can only imagine what the current tenants go through dealing with this much lack of professionalism. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone due to management.

I recently came here to see about renting a trailer and was blown away by the friendliness and knowledge of the manager Kelcea Guzman. She helped me through every part of the interview and answered all questions knowledgably and with humor. I was unable to rent here, but I will be referring people I know here, thanks to the manager.

I stopped by Southern Hills a few times and asked the office manager, Kelcea, to view the homes. I didn't have an appointment, but every time, she let me view the available homes in her park. She was very nice and helped me and my family look at all the homes she had available. Unfortunately, we did decide not to move because it would have cost us too much to get out of our lease. But when my lease is over, I'll definitely be moving here! Exceptional management and overall nice community. The homes she showed me were beautiful!

Pipes burst on Christmas Eve about 3: 00pm. The new property manager, Kelcea Guzman, went above and beyond to get my pipes repaired by 5: 00 pm. Thank you for your help on Christmas Eve.
