We checked out a few places before we settled on southern leisure spas. The reason we chose them over the others was because of their service and attentiveness to their customer needs. Westin Runnels was awesome! He’s been supportive and available whenever we had questions through out the entire process. He even took care of an issue for me on his day off! What more could you want? Just solid care and all company service. We couldn’t be happier!

We found Southern Lesiure Spas on the first day they had opened their San Antonio store.specifically because I was looking for a Bullfrog Spa.
Westin is a pleasure to deal with and offered no pressure during the entire process. We browsed other local dealers just to compare tubs and prices, but ultimately made our way back to Southern Leisure.
We decided on the Bullfrog A7D (double lounger) version. From sales, to production, to delivery, and even after sales support, everything has been handled like we actually matter as a customer.

My husband and I had 2 requirements in purchasing a swim spa: we wanted to buy from a local dealer and we wanted an American made product. When we decided to look at Bullfrog Spas, I contacted Westin in the San Antonio area. We were so impressed with his expertise and customer-focused service. Westin went above and beyond to help us with our purchase: setting up an appointment to try out the spa when the store was closed and coming out to our house to do a site check for delivery and installation. Weston’s willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. We are so glad Southern Leisure Spa opened a store in San Antonio!

Great store and experience. Westin was very knowledgeable, informative, listened to my concerns and what I was looking for, and not pushy like the other places I shopped. We ended up buying a Marquis Crown collection for the therapy I need and was impressed with the quality, styling, low maintenance, and ease of operation. We also opted for the MicroSilk skin treatment option that my wife loves. In addition to being American made, another thing that really impressed us is their corporate sponsorship of Make A Wish, having a niece that was a wish recipient. We love our Epic model spa and wholeheartedly recommend Southern Leisure.

We wanted a larger tub and when Westin mentioned Bullfrog, I was blown away at everything Bullfrog offers. We ended up getting the Bullfrog A8.
