Southern Methodist University, TX 75205

I never attended Southern Methodist University, but I am nonetheless giving it a five-star review simply because it is the most beautiful college campus on which I have ever stepped foot.

Went to this stadium on a sold out day. Worst entry experience I have ever seen. The lines to get in were crazy long. We were late to get into the game because of it. Concessions are at least a 30 minute wait. You would think when they know it’s going to be sold out that they would prepare ahead of time. Absolutely no preparation took place to prepare for this many people and it shows. Bathrooms are disgusting. Seats are basically all bleachers. Hate so much when we have to play here. Upgrades are needed badly.

Gameday on the Boulevard is a great place for a day with your family even if you don't go to the game.

Smu is a wonderful university with great students and staff and just an overall nice area to do anything in! Great staff, friendly. "no problem" area.

Very good Law Program and prestigious. They don’t have criminal defense but they have political science for law.

Our daughter is graduating this year from this great University. We highly recommend SMU and appreciate all they have done over the past four years!

Advisors don't keep their word when meeting with students with appointments. I had Andrew Stonebarger (admissions counselor) not meet with me on our initial appointment (virtually) and he emailed late stating he got caught up on campus and we could reschedule at any day and time of my choosing. I rescheduled and he confirmed the new appointment. He didn't even show up to the meeting nor email/ call to advise he wouldn't make it again. He emailed me 3 hours after the appointment apologizing and that we could meet the following day.
Unacceptable and waste of busy students lives.

Good area to walk around. I'd recommend finding a bench and reading since it's usually nice and peaceful

Been a very long time since I had such excitement watching the SMU Men's basketball team defeat U of H.

Great easy access to parking in Moody parking and also close to stadium. Only issue I had was we could not access Heritage Hall in the stadium without an escort! Went there for years right after stadium was built. Never had a problem then!

This is a very nice college to study in! Great faculty and campus to study. The study and enjoyment life is well balanced!

I've drawn at SMU during Christmas for a couple of years now with some of my closest artistic associates. As I get to meet and talk with the students there I can see what a great school this is. They are engaged and eager and excited about the work that they are just beginning. Also, it's not a bad looking Campus. I'm particularly fond of the church. It has that Olde English look about it.

First game since my son graduated last year! Always a good time on The Hilltop, security a bit lax, not like the previous 4 years. Stay on top of that!

Beautiful Campus. Bishop Circle is AWESOME. Pet and Kid Friendly. Pony Up Dallas. Go Mustangs.

Was great to re-visit with my kids after25 years. We stopped by Ownby where I used to play soccer and still have some records remaining). 1 guard gave us permission to go onto the turf field but the maintenance man speaking Spanish to 2 ladies' kept trying to get us to leave the field. The awesomeness of returning to kick a golden soccer ball with my 9 year old son was wonderful and only slightly dampened by the pesky man. Cockrell dorms and the rest of the University look great and updated!

This place is awesomely clean and beautiful. This was a very humbling experience thank you S. M. U

Some of the professors here are amazing but I am overall disappointed with the quality of instruction and communication here.

Toured the SMU campus after a visit to the Bush Presidential Center. I am very impressed with the beautiful campus!
