6I AM A LONG TERM RESIDENT AND I LOVE IT HERE! OCCASSIONALLY THERES SOME ISSUES WITH OUTSIDERS DAMAGING THE PROPERTY- LIKE OUR GATE AND OTHER SMALL ISSUES, BUT NORMALLY ITS QUIET AND CLEAN AND MOST AFFORDABLE COMPLEX IN THE AREA. I WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND SOA!
Their customer service is horrible. How do you want people to do business with you guys and the woman at the grind desk is so rude and unpleasant.
Went on a tour here and these apartments are beautiful. The staff are all super friendly and were very helpful! I would definitely recommend southern oaks if you are looking for a nice apartment in Fort Worth!
Been living here for 3 months now and so far I have no complaints. The apartment is in very good condition for the price I signed for and it’s in a great location.
This place was a 4 star, until they started "valet trash" now a quarter of the units have trash piled up by their doors 24/7. It's going to cause rodent problems.
Reply: the trash cans aren't the problem, it's the actual trash itself. Please stop this, it's very gross.
