We have always been impressed with Southern Painting. Rance and his team are spectacular. I love the attention to detail they provide!

Southern Painting did a great job. I received five bids to paint the exterior of my home. Alain Laurino was the bid/sales person and provided a clear written bid that detailed all the work to be performed.
Once I selected Southern Painting, they scheduled the job and began.
Jose Luis did an excellent job painting the home. He showed up on time, communicated what he was doing, answered any questions from the homeowner, did quality work, and reviewed his work with the homeowner (after completing each phase of the job). Jose Luis did a great job communicating with the homeowner.

Southern Painting painted our home and did an excellent job! This is the second time they have painted our home with SP and the materials and workmanship last the time period they advertise and quote. Christian did an excellent job communicating and estimating time, schedule, and quality. We had the gutters pulled off due to hail damage. Our home needed wood trim replacement and the crew did an excellent job in identifying wood that needed replacement and caulking so that the finished job was beautiful.

I cannot recommend Southern Painting highly enough! I have used them 3 times. The first time they painted my formal living room on a tight schedule and did a beautiful job. I then had them paint the entire outside of the house. Again - a wonderful job. Then just recently, I decided to paint the entire inside of the home including trim, walls, ceilings and all cabinets. The whole house looks like a brand new home now. The quality of the work is top-notch! Their painters are highly skilled and very professional. The owner Terrence is so easy to work with and his team - led by Milton - is the best! Milton came to work with a smile on his face each day and was a joy to be around. He made sure everything was done right. Highly recommend!

We had a 6x6 foot hole in our kitchen ceiling caused by a water leak from an upstairs bathroom. Southern Painting repaired and textured the hole to where it looked like the damage was never there. We have used Southern Painting before and they will continue to be our first call for interior and exterior painting and repair. Big thanks to Rance and his crew.

Have used Southern Painting to paint the outside of my house twice and the inside once. Have had the same salesman and professional painting crew each job. They are good, friendly, professional, quick, on-time, clean up at the end of the day each day. If I had any problems afterward (very few), each was taken care of with efficiency and friendliness. Would recommend them totally.

We have used Southern Painting for 4 large residential jobs on our house in the past and all were to our complete satisfaction.
The most recent job was a relatively small job to repair and paint a section of the exterior of our house.
The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent.

Alan provided a fair estimate to paint my living room, replace baseboards and repair cracks. The painting crew did a quality job. All the employees provided great customer service. I plan to hire them for my next painting project.

We had a challenging job and were getting no-bids or high bids. Southern Painting saw a way to do the work that was quicker and less expensive. They sent a three-person crew that was in and out in a day for a high ceiling seam repair and painting, along with some repair and painting of corner seam cracks.

Miquel Chavez worked with us throughout the whole process of painting our home. He was always available and great at working through the issues I had getting my HOA to approve the job. They completed the job and were respectful of property and put everything back in place. I believe they are a good company with a competitive price that does a good job. Miquel inspected the job and was on-site at completion to take payment. I will use them again in the future. Great job

Christian and Southern Paiting were great from start to finish in painting our garage door and staining our front door. A small-ish job, but it was done efficiently and professionally.

We are repeat customers of Southern Painting. Rance came out and provided the estimate for repairing siding/ chimney and a little interior touch up. The crew discovered more damage on the chimney so Rance informed me that estimate had to be revised. Crew had to come back to do some touch up. All was done to our satisfaction. We will use Southern Painting next time.

We have used Southern Painting on various occasions over the last 20 years and would never consider using any other company - they specialize in residential painting and only use high-quality paint. When we moved to an existing home in McKinney, we planned everything with Christian and he walked us through everything and was great in his communication with us, before-during-after the job. William was the crew Supervisor and he and his crew painted the outside of our 1.5 story home. Additionally, they cleaned, sanded, primed, and painted the 350-foot wrought iron fence around our property. They were prompt, meticulous, providing detailed workmanship. I was home the entire 2-days, and they worked tirelessly in making sure everything was done with excellence. I always wait a few weeks before writing a review, and we are not surprised with the continued expertise and pleasure of working with Southern Painting. Be sure to ask for Christian, and William and his crew. WELL DONE!

We had our exterior siding and trim and front door painted, and the results are just beautiful. The crew were pleasant and efficient, and careful with plants and patio furniture. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything when they were done. We felt like the cost was reasonable for the work performed and we're really happy with the results. We will absolutely use them again when we have any paint tasks and would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

These guys are amazing! They’re friendly, professional, and super reasonable with their prices. I had my fireplace and two bedrooms painted and these guys did such a thorough job. They also fixed a ton of cracks and errors from poor work my previous contractor had done. They’re on time, clean, and super nice to my puppers. Would highly recommend these guys.

We will definitely be using Southern Painting again. Our project manager was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He also was very flexible with scheduling for us. The paint crew were professional and they practiced good safety habits inside our home while painting a two story fireplace. The final product shows pride in craftsmanship, beautiful!
